PART 1. VISUAL CHECKS
Damage
No bent, scratch, dented or broken parts on body structure
Leaks
Hydraulic oil, coolant, engine oil, brake fluid, battery fluid has no leaks
Tires and Wheels
No damage, bolts and nuts are in good condition and secured
Forks
Secure, not bent, cracked or worn out
Chains, Cables & Hoses
In place, no leaks or not worn out
Guards
All guards in place and good condition. Overhead, load backrest etc.
Safety Devices
Seat belt, covers, shield, warning devices in good condition

• Tingnan ang parte ng MHE unit kung ito ay nasa maayos na kundisyon, kung ang nakalista ay wala sa MHE unit na gagamitin likdangan lamang
Operator controls

• Dalhin tuwing lunes ang mga nafill-up na checklist sa genserve office para sa filing at humingi ng panibagong checklist para sa buong linggo
Steering wheel, control lever in good condition
Engine
Engine oil, coolant level, Fuel/LPG or Battery level, air filter

• Kung merong nakitang problema lagyan ng ( / ) ang box ng "NO". Ito ay nangangahulugang hindi maaring gamitin ang MHE unit.
Hour-meter
Indicate ONLY the reading during Start of operation.

PART 2. OPERATIONAL CHECKS


Power up
Start engine, runs smoothly, no noises, leaks and all indicator lights and alarms are working
Electrical safety devices
Horn, audible signals, beacon lights, etc.
Brakes and Controls
Check braking distances traveling at slow speed and if OK, check at higher speeds. Seat, hand
or foot parking brake
Hydraulic controls
All hydraulic controls are operating properly and no unsual noise.
Attachments (for push pull)
All attachments are functioning properly and securely in place
