Sergeant-At-Arms

1) Did the meeting begin on time?


2) Were the 3 golden rules laid out?
3) Did the SAA add energy in beginning?
4) Were standee & banner placed in the right spot?
5) Did white board have details of role players & speakers?

PRESIDENT
1) Did the President strike the gavel at the beginning?
2) Did the President share a positive message to set a good note?
3) Were the guests welcomed?

TMOD
1) A remark on the choice of theme.
2) Did TMOD have relevant materials relating to the theme?
3) Did TMOD lead applause?
4) Did TMOD introduce role players & speakers coming on stage?
5) Did TMOD adhere to time limits and adjust filler materials in
accordance with the time?

1) Did mobile phones ring during the course of the meeting?
2) Were there any emergency entry or exits?
3) Was reference to sex, politics and religion refrained from?
4) Were there any unwanted disturbances from members or
otherwise?
5) How was the energy level of members during the meeting?
6) Was member and guest attendance satisfactory?
