1. Give your reactions to the roles portrayed by the character of each in the
movies.
C. As a community leader Ms. Johnson change the life of her students they
told them to leave the life of being a gangster because it cannot help them
to have a good future. Instead she help her student to become a good
person and giving them a chance to have a dream than being a drug dealer
inside their school.
After watching the movie Dangerous Minds. The teacher plays an important role
especially for her students. In Dangerous Minds, where conflicts abound and each
personality interacts with those differences, each character interacts with another.
From the interaction you can see the role of the teacher. Came from the discussion
it can be deduced that in Dangerous Mind Miss Lou Anne Johnson is a teacher
who has a unique method of teaching her students. This brings her protégés closer
and closer to her. Her teaching methods are unique and make her students respect
her as much as her behaviour. Miss Johnson is very important and engaged in the
role of teacher, direct contact, one-to-one coaching and role model. The three
main roles of teacher can be played well by Miss Johnson, allowing her students
to flourish in their behaviour and performance.
And she has direct contact with her students by visiting their homes, even when
it's not his work, but she continues to make her students learn. She has shown that
she cares about her and motivates her to pursue their dreams. And she also
changes the lives of her students, even if not everyone respects her when they first
meet. But thanks to her dedication to helping her students, she's earned the respect
and love she wants to experience in the final part of the film.
This movie was so amazing and inspirational for us, especially for aspiring future
teachers in the near future. This will help us in the journey of life and in the
formation of little minds at the beginning of learning. We learn a lot in the movie
aside from asking, "How does a teacher adapt to an environment of students who
may not respect and listen to them in the future?" There are two possibilities that
we need to keep in mind. First, we will give up our dreams because we lose hope,
or we will change something, listen to what they think about the teacher, or maybe
they just need attention and understanding. Making difference will not only
change their behaviour but the wholeness of each individual. These are the ideas
we learned and inspired us a lot from this movie.
