ﺗﺨﻀﻊ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﻷﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﻭﺷﺮﻭﻁ ﻭﺍﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎﺀﺍﺕ ﻭﺛﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﻛﻮﺭﺓ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ،ﻛﻤﺎ ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺟﺰﺀ ﻻ ﻳﺘﺠﺰﺃ ﻣﻦ ﻭﺛﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣﻴﻦ ﺍﻻﺻﻠﻴﻪ
