    onwards. The Risk Team is one that greatly appeals to me due to its
    ability to play a pivotal role towards the level of success within an
    organisation such as JP Morgan.

    India’s Business Consulting Risk division revolves around :

     Risk assessment and risk evaluation : Understanding the


    processes through walkthroughs and documenting the internal
    control, analyzing the data provided by the process owners to
    identify risk and its significance.

     Strengthening internal controls and operation efficiency :


    Understanding operations, reporting deviations and providing
    recommendations by performing internal audits of the
    processes which includes pricing, production, inventory,
    CBM, source to pay, finance and controlling.

     Status report, follow-up and management accountability :


    Maintaining status reports and meet regularly with the control
    owners to ensure non-compliant processes and controls are
    remediated on timely basis.

    TANVI I believe my background in finance as a part of the two year MBA


    program at IMI Delhi and summer internship at PWC India’s internal
    audit team added with my current experience makes me a suitable
    KHANDUJA candidate for the mentioned position. I am able to work under a fast
