On June 26, 2017, the Court in the above-styled action entered a Final Judgment of
Schneider in the amount of $1,625,072.71. On June 30, 2017, an Amended Final Judgment on the
The Schneiders appealed the Judgments to Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal. By
Order dated October 11, 2017, the appeal filed by Defendant, Stephanie L. Schneider, was
dismissed by the appellate court. On July 25, 2018, the Fourth District Court of Appeal affmned
the Final Judgment of Foreclosure on all issues except "to the extent that the [foreclosure]
judgment allowed [First American Bank] to simultaneously execute on the money judgment and

Appeal, the lower court, on October 12, 2018, entered an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure
modifying the foreclosure judgment so as to withhold the setting of the foreclosure s.ale of the
property until First American Bank certifies that its money judgment remains unsatisfied. 1 Both
the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Amended Final Judgment were recorded in Palm
On August 3, 2020, the foreclosure sale of the Property was conducted, First American
Bank purchased the Property by credit bid in the amount of Eight Hundred Seven Thousand One
Hundred and 00/lO0ths Dollars ($807,100.00) and the Clerk issued a Certificate of Sale. No
objection to the sale was made, and, on August 17, 2020, the Clerk issued a Certificate of Title to
First American Bank, pursuant to Schneider v. First American Bank, 252 So. 3d 264 (Fla.
4th DCA 2018), Bonita Real Estate Partners, LLC v. SLF JV Lending, L.P., 222 So. 3d 647 (Fla.
2d DCA 2017), and Royal Palm Corporate Center Association, Ltd. v. PNC Bank, N.A., 89 So. 3d
923 (Fla. 4 th DCA 2012) hereby provides Notice that it cannot collect on the Amended Final
Judgment awarding monetary damages and that it will pursue an appropriate deficiency judgment.
