• Has 2 major intakes (Fall and Spring)
• Requires IELTS / Toefl / GRE / GMAT / SAT
• Some universities require Evaluation
• Mostly accepts only 4 year degrees
• MBA without work exp also available
• All universities charge application fee
• Universities follow strict deadlines for applications
• 30 – 45 days is the TAT after submission
• Transcripts and LoRs required in sealed covers

• 3 intakes for Community Colleges (Fall, Spring and May)
• SDS Entry scheme for Indian students
• 30 – 45 days is the TAT after submission
• LoRs not required for Community colleges
• All documents required to be NOTARISED
• Community colleges work on FCFS basis
• Universities follow deadlines
• Now IELTS/ToEFL/PTE are accepted
• Universities accept 4 yr degrees (3 yrs depending on the
programme)

Eligibility requirements which must be fulfilled

- Must have a minimum IELTS/Toefl/PTE score of 6 bands


in each module for both UG & PG courses.
- Must pay full tuition fees for the first year of study.
- Must buy a Guaranteed Investment of Certificate (GIC) of
CAD$10,000.
- Institutions applied by the students must have a
registered Designated Learning Institutions (DLI) number.
- Must not have previous Visa rejections
- Must not have more than 4 backlogs

• UG Applications are done thru UCAS (deadline Jan 13 every year)
• For medicine in UK (UCAT required, deadline Oct 15 every year)

• 3yr or 4 yr degrees accepted
• Masters are only for 1 year
• Students are accepted on the matured entry route also
