Feedback

The document provides feedback on the UI/UX of an AI marketplace website. It identifies several strengths including the logo and menu bar placement, margins, and hover effects. Several potential improvements are suggested such as changing the name "ocs" to "help", increasing logo and text sizes, adding an AI chatbot or contact options, and showing relationships between buyers, sellers and the marketplace using diagrams. Visual inconsistencies like large boxes, small font sizes, and a bulb image not complementing animations are also noted.

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

I
P - The major problem in the UI of the website is that the landing page which is the main page, it doesn’t convey that what the
website is about. It is easier for us young people to understand as they are aware of the technology, but it would be hard for every
audience to understand. Users are not used to the term AI/API models. So they should know that what actually is the purpose of
the website. Also the UI is good but is not intuitive to all users .

S -The types of services that your company is providing are generally found on google with names like image converter,
translator, text to speech etc. The UI of their websites is not that great but it is intuitive to the users because those people know
what the users want. I think that you should change the design of the landing page and make it so that it will be intuitive for the
users. As for the notice the design of other web pages is really good and easy. It will be understood by the old people as well as
the younger generation. So consider making the landing page with that theme as of the other pages.

II
P - The other major problem is that there is no option for the seller to list their models. Everything is placed in
documentation form with an option of docs. But it is important to understand that the information would be unnecessary

for the buyers’ who are there on the website for using these models. Users would want a clean and simple design that does
their work efficiently and effectively.

S -You can make an option in the menu bar which say like- List a model’ or ‘ ‘Seller?’ etc. And there you can put all the
documented info that would be needed by the data scientist, thus giving a smooth service to the buyers.

III P - In the model details page, there is unnecessary information provided in the about section. Like there is no point of
CQs are used. If user comes to your platform, there is a high chance that he/she would
telling about for what things M
be already aware about the fact of the purpose of MCQs.

S- Instead of putting so much information, you can put a slide bar of other API models as YOU MAY ALSO LIKE’ ,
Because of this the user can also browse more related options.

Overall Experience

There is no issue found in usability of the website. The were some visual imbalances found mostly in text size and elements size.

(Maybe that could be happen due to responsiveness). There is no such big problem related to visuals, it’s just in the landing page.
But there is a problem with the experience the users can face. You have to make the design keeping this thing in mind that every
audience is not literate and so used to AI. So consider making a simple and easy design that fulfils the purpose not just looks
great. I tried to give suggestions that can improve the user interaction with the website and make it more interesting and fun.
However, there were some issues that I found ( they are suggested above).

Also, in the model listing page you can add some more API models like PDF to JPG converter and vice versa. My overall
experience with the website was good. I would rate my experience 7/10. 3 for the bugs that I found!
