Supervise the day to day operations of Sana Cleanse Retail, kitchen and staff.
Maintain leading industry best practice SOP’s for juice production and retail including opening
and closing procedures, juice production and storage, inventory management, hygiene and
safety.
Lead and supervise staff in daily production and kitchen procedures SOP’s to ensure a consistent
high quality product is produced in line with the Sana Cleanse brand promise
Supervise staff kitchen and equipment cleaning, maintenance and servicing to ensure assets are
maintained in excellent and efficient working order.
Manage staff inventory management of kitchen supplies, retail packaging and raw ingredients
(all food and non-food items) to ensure kitchen operations are always fully stocked with no
supply shortage.
Maintain, and implement improvements where possible, Sana Cleanse customer Service SOPs
relating to retail sales, online order enquiries, order fulfilment, and post-sales support.
Mange customer cash sales when necessary.
Manage customer bag rebate credit system.
Assist with daily management of online assets: Website sales reporting fulfilment planning and
customer database across Magento and Mail chimp as necessary.
Manage CRM communication from pre, during and post cleanse customer support.
Word closely with the Relationship Manager on customer order adjustment, reschedules and
urgent bookings.
Lead the kitchen team in the principle of Sana Cleanse premium customer service on the phone,
in store and at delivery.
Manage daily order despatch from courier despatch to final customer receipt with a select
trained despatch staff on weekly roster Manage supplier relationships, order fulfilment and
quality control.
HUMAN RESOURCES:
Assist Management in recruitment and development of a skilled and cohesive team that works
effectively together and nurture positive team morale with low attrition.
Develop staff training plans for new staff members, skill refresher and up-skilling programs to
ensure all staff have a development and progression plan. Programs to include product quality,
hygiene, standards, customer service and company values.
Everyday Staff management duties including rosters, despatch planning, attendance and leave.
Assist management with performance evaluations and required Singapore statutory
administration where applicable, eg. Leave supporting documents, staff personnel records, and
HR administration procedures (incident reports, termination procedures).
