RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF ASSOCIATED FACTORS IN THE CLE OF ISAP.


INTRODUCTION
The Republic act No. 11131, otherwise known as “The Philippine
Criminology Profession Act of 2018” or the new curriculum
Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE) mandated that any person who
wants to practice his profession in criminology is required to pass
the board examination Given by the Professional Regulation
Commission’s (PRC)Professional Regulatory Board of Criminology. This
topic aimed to explore the perceived factors influenced the
performance and challenge experience in taking Criminologist Licensure
Examination(CLE) Because all criminology knows that the new curriculum
are much difficult compare the old act. The rating in the New
Curriculum Licensure Examination to pass, a candidate must obtain a
weighted average rating of seventy-five present (75%) with no grade
less than sixty percent (60%) in any given subject. The problem is
many criminologist taking the examination will not get it. Were in
preparedness and readiness is the important influence to pass this
challenge because, among themes that emerged as challenge as were lack
of preparedness for the exam due to one’s job and personal and social
pressure. Only when respondents are classified according to their
civil status can a significant difference be seen in terms of the
difficulties in preparing for and taking the Criminology Licensure
Examination (CLE. This also identifies the lacking in reviewing all
subject whether or not they enrolled in a review center and identifies
the respondents perception of the element that affect Criminology
Licensure Examination(CLE) In International School Of Asia and The
pacific (ISAP) Criminologist students. After all As long as you
prepared and memorize all in important in reviewed by giving effort
and other techniques in reviewing, This Challenge are being success.

THEORETICAL/CONEPTUAL FRAME WORK:


Review existing theories, models, or frameworks that may be applicable
to understanding the factors influencing performances in the
Criminology Licensure Examination.
Some possible theoretical perspective Include:
According, to Social Cognitive Theory Examining how individual
beliefs, self-efficacy, and motivation influence exam performance and
the process of learning can be closely linked by observing others
during social interaction and experiences.

Also according to, Resources-based Theory by analyzing the


availability and utilization of resources(study, material, time)and by
sustained competitive advantage is based on its value.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY


Students. The student will help to improve more knowledge on this, By
giving influence the performances in CLE of ISAP includes study
habits, preparation method, or access to study resources.
Understanding these factors can provide insights into characteristics
or behavior that contribute to better performances in the examination.
Instructors. The results of this study will give idea to the
instructors in factors influence the performance of the student in
preparing the board examination.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION


This study is to conduct a retrospective analysis of the factors
associated with the performance of criminology graduate in ISAP. The
focus is on examining various factors that might have influenced the
outcomes of the Criminology Licensure Examination results over a
specific period, considering a range of variables.

DEFINITION OF TERMS
Respondents. The study will provide, Understanding the respondent in
preparing the board examination.
Performance. This study will help the students to improve there
knowledge for preparing the board examination.
Study habits. Examining the study routines and preparation methods
employed by candidates.
Access to review centers. Investigating whether candidates attended
review classes or utilized review material.
Time management. Assessing how student managed their time for
preparing the board examination.
