SCRIPT FOR OPENING/ WELCOMING THE PARTICIPANTS
Both Emcees: Hello Everyone! Welcome to the English Camp 2023 with a theme “Adventure
through Language.”

Emcee 1 (Jim):
Hello everybody, hello our dear heads, adventurous facilitators, and dear students, our future
linguists! I'm Jim, your spirited guide for today, and standing by my side is none other than the
maestro of amusement, the one and only Melch! Today is not just any day; it is an extraordinary
adventure through language at the English Camp 2023!
Emcee 2 (Melch):
Absolutely, teacher Jim! And guess what, Mathayom 3 and Mathayom 4? You are not just
participants; you are members of our own linguistic factions! (Let each team make some noise)
We've got Abnegation…..(Jim) Amity….(Melch) Candor…. …. Dauntless…and Erudite.
Emcee 1 (Jim):
Wow what a powerful energy from each team. Each faction is a powerhouse of unique language
skills, and today, we are going to unlock the adventure that lies within every word, every sentence,
and every expression.. (Adlib to explain the faction)
Emcee 2 (Melch):
So, whether you are channeling the peace-loving vibes of Amity or the fearless courage of
Dauntless, get ready to infuse your language journey with the essence of your chosen faction.
Emcee 1 (Jim):
Today, we embark on a language adventure where diversity becomes our strength, and words
become the bridge that connects us all. So, Abnegation, Amity, Candor, Erudite, and Dauntless, are
you ready for an epic linguistic quest? …..Let's make some language magic happen, together!
Emcee 2 (Melch):

Emcee 1 (Jim):
Ladies and gentlemen, get ready to shake off those nerves and unleash the party vibes because we
have something incredibly exciting to kick off our event!
Emcee 2 (Melch):
That's right, Jim! Before we dive into the main event, we thought, "Why not start with a bang, or
should I say, a shimmy and shake?" So, brace yourselves because we are about to introduce an ice-
breaking activity that is not just fun but also guaranteed to get your energy levels soaring.
Both Emcees (Jim and Melch):
Ladies and gentlemen, put on your dancing shoes as we are about to turn up the heat with none
other than Zumba!

Hall, a place that's not just bricks and mortar; it's a canvas for the colorful tapestry of language.
Emcee 1 (Jim):
And who are the rockstars of today's show? None other than the incredible Mathayom 3 and
Mathayom 4 participants! Give yourselves a round of applause because you are in for a treat.
Emcee 2 (Melch):
Our theme for this spectacular day is none other than "Adventure Through Language." Picture this
as a literary rollercoaster – twists of words, turns of expressions, and loops of language excitement!
Emcee 1 (Jim):
Before we dive headfirst into our linguistic rollercoaster, let's take a moment to welcome someone
who needs no introduction but certainly deserves a grand one:
FOR HEADMASTER-Ladies and gentlemen, heads, fellow teachers and students, it's truly an
honor to have with us today a visionary leader who has steered the ship of knowledge with
unparalleled dedication. Please join me in welcoming the heartbeat of Phuket Thaihua ASEAN
Wittaya School, the dynamic and energetic Headmaster. His passion for education is not just
