WHAT FOODS CAN I EAT TO INCREASE MY POTASSIUM INTAKE?

Citrus Fruits, Cantaloupe, Tomatoes, Green Leafy Vegetables, Avocado,


Sunflower Seeds, Bananas, Potatoes, and Beet Greens.

SUPPLEMENTS:

One of the easiest ways to supplement with Potassium is with Potassium


Chloride. Salt shakers can be filled with Potassium Chloride and Sodium Chloride
(Salt). Note that Potassium Chloride taste just like salt.

HOW TO PREPARE SALT SHAKERS FOR PROPER RATIO OF POTASSIUM AND SODIUM?

1. Place 2 cups of Potassium Chloride in a mixing bowl.


2. Place 1 cup of Sodium Chloride in a mixing bowl (Only use Celtic Salt or
Pink Himalayan Salt).
3. Mix Potassium Chloride and Sodium Chloride well for proper blend.
