EXERCISE 1: Word Class, Nouns, Agreements


Direction. Read the following sentences and find out the parts of the sentences which are
incorrect and correct them.

EXERCISE 2: Conjunctions, Parallel Structure, Comparisons, Modifiers

1. The six-years old boy was saved from drowning.

4. The physic teacher is explaining the Theory of Relativity.

EXERCISE 3: Verbs as Complements


Direction. Choose the correct form of the verbs provided to complete the sentence.

EXERCISE 4: Negative Adverbs (Inversions).

EXERCISE : Word Choice

EXERCISE: Degrees of Comparisons
