PD Lending Version4.0 Manual

PD Lending Application – V4.

We launched PD lending application in Feb-2017 and now basis our learning we have re-defined
the PD lending application and new version of PD lending application V4.0 will now replace PD
ledning application V1.9.

This application to be used for following products – LAP, EBL, SALPL, SEPL, SPL and BL. This is to be
used from the immediate effect (2 nd May, 2019). Pl install this application and old PD lending
application v1.9 will be de-activate from 7th May, 2019.

This manual will give insight for user how this application is to be used.

This application is more enhanced in terms of capturing information. Also, this will have better
GPS coverage of PD done location and Collateral done location.

This display page will give you two point coverage of PD – one is for customer visit and another is
for collateral visit similar to earlier application version 1.9.

Customer visit will be used to cover PD / business discussion with customer and visit details.

Collateral visit will be used to cover the collateral related points basis visit.

Customer Visit – Screen 1
This is common screen – now the screen will change basis constitution of the customer. LAP
high value cases can now also be captured with this application.

Customer Visit – Screen 2 - (Non-Salaried)
As we have moved away from doing Office CPV – We want the HDB employee visiting the Cm
should update the following points basis his visit. These are simple drop down.

Negative / Non-negative area

Ownership status - PD done premises

Biz Family Owned or not

Area of off / Resi – where PD is done

Locality of PD place to be selected

PD Place setup to be selected

Construction of PD place to be captured

Comment on exterior of PD place

Comment on interior of PD place

No of emp sighted at time of PD

Biz Activity sighted at PD

Capture current biz vintage

Capture overall Biz stability in city

Selecting correct drop down is important as wrong information will be tracked.


Customer Visit – Screen 3
Cash Flow calculation in earlier version was not easy. To simplyfy the cash flow calculation -
screen is changed in this application. Now these are text field where monthly biz cash flow is
calculated. These are simple to use. This not applicable for high value LAP cases.

This is the extended screen for cash flow calculation done on screen 3. This not applicable for high
value LAP cases.

This is the screen where investment details and personal information is captured for future
reference.

All the above information is critical to capture for future reference

This is the interactive screen where question will be displayed basis details captured in previous
screen and answers are pre-defined in drop down. Person doing PD need to select the appropriate
reply to the question asked basis variable selected in previous screen. There may be a scenario
where there might be no question appear as the entries would be correct.
