 From among the five phases of teaching internship. I find phase for (orientation sessions)
difficult than the other sessions. Orientation was one of the hardest parts of being intern
students/practice teacher in life of every college in teacher education students. Though we are
required to attend those seminar/orientation we must adopt and learn how we can apply those
different various lesson that they discussed before the deployment. Being aware in different
aspects of laws and rules was one of the most difficult to be considered as understandable by
practice teachers.
 At some point they just informed every practice teacher regards on what to do when they
started to observe and to teach in their chosen schools. I’ve realized that there’s so much to
learn before entering the world of teaching. Every single rule we must follow, on how to create
lesson plans and IMs, being more understandable in every attitude of students, creating clear
visual to have good outcomes when executing lessons, how to learn and adjust yourself for new

I already observe different subject with my cooperating teacher through

face-to-face. Since we are in lower grade (grade 2) my cooperating
teachers have different types of strategies when it comes to maintain the
classroom management and making her student more focusing on their
studies. Moreover, teacher Juliet focusing on giving a short film or some
video presentation that related to the lesson and giving some activities at
late morning. When dust come teacher Juliet focusing on reading and
writing skills of her student and I think that’s the most important for
them because of pandemic, more students are struggling on writing
words and reading a single paragraph especially in lower grade. For now,
I have so much to learn, I always want the get their routine in their daily

My reflection

Having effective class routines and sound class structure is important because :

It provides order inside the classroom and promotes a harmonious relationship between the
students and the teacher. The class structure put in place the class policies and rules that
students must adhere to ensure that there are no disruptions inside the classroom. A good
and conductive learning environment is achieved when policies and rules are properly put in
a place. A sound class structure addresses problems of students’ disruptive behavior.
Routines, on the other hand, provide predictability activities during the class period.
Students are more receptive to learning if they are aware of what to expect inside the
classroom. Also, one way to modify the students’ behavior is through the establishments of
routines. It is one way to develop desirable behavior among students.

My Reflection

How do instructional materials and ICT tools help students learn more
effectively and efficiently?

Instructional materials and ICT tools help students learn more effectively by the
following.
Increase learner motivation and engagement appealing and appropriate
materials that capture their interest;
Helps facilitate the acquisition of basic skills especially when these materials
and ICTs allows for students interactive used.
ICT tools are now educational technologies provides students access to a
wealth and information on the internet and allows for the independent
learning.
The used of materials and tools help the teacher allocate more time on
facilitating rather than lesson-dispensing. This us crucial in current time
wherein teaching is leaning more into student-centric teaching learning

Academic programs make teaching resources easier to afford and provides faculty with the
tools they need to provide students with the best learning experience possible. Ready-made
resources and content that can easily be added to curriculum helps faculty ensure student
success.
Academic achievement is important for the successful development of young people in
society. Students who do well in school are better able to make the transition into adulthood
and to achieve occupational and economic success.
Why are Program Learning Outcomes Important? For departments and schools, learning
outcomes provide a roadmap for curriculum, and a goal post for student achievement. They
serve as essential reference points for academic departments to discuss the elements that
contribute to an integrated program of study.

Answer key

1; P (lemon)= 35/55
P(apple)= 6/55
P(durian)=14/55
P(lemon or not durian) = P(not durian)- P(lemon and not durian)
=35/55+41/55-35/55
=41/55

MY REFLECTION

After my daily/ final demonstration lesson,

These are the things I am happy about I used the remaining days to prepare all I need for my last
teaching demonstration. To begin, I decided what topics I wanted to teach based on the options
provided by my cooperating teacher. I choose the sequence topic. My cooperating teacher and I
discussed how the learning process would proceed. I told him about my plan for conducting the
learning process, and he offered several recommendations. Such us playing a game to check a
student’s knowledge of the previous topic that was linked to the issue. He then instructed me to
begin working on my lesson plan, after which he would check it.

These are the things I plan to do. The teaching demonstration must demonstrate not just you can
create and follow the lesson plan but also you can engage and interact with students to help them
learn more effectively. In my demonstration, I aim to appear relaxed and confident. But also
demonstrate is enthusiasm and interest for the subject. Remember that our demonstration should
be understandable to the intended audience.
