Q1. Tell me about yourself / Introduce yourself.
Ans.: Sure, so, my name is Raunak Chaudhary. Currently, I am pursuing BE degree in Computer branch. I have keen interest in Java. I have some background in Web development as well. I am trained in web development from Internshala and have two internship experience in it one from LetsGrowMore and other from IBM skillbuild’s Internship. My hobbies are playing cricket and watching web series and movies of science and fiction. (Example – Marvel, anime, etc). Talking about my family, I have my mother, father and one brother. My father works in textile industry where as my mother she is housemaker and My brother is software developer. My short term goal is to get job in some reputed company where I can grow my skills and interests. And my long term goal is to get into higher post in the same company. Q2. Tell me something about your project/major project. Ans.: So basically, In Major project our idea is to make a e-commerce platform in which we will eliminate mediators between farmers and customers, And we will build direct relationship between them so that farmer can send their products through that platform and customer can buy those fresh products from there. When we go to local market, so we go to various shop and ask the price of products, see its quality and then go to another shop and do the same. After looking 2-3 shop products we compare between them and look for product with good quality and low price and then buy them. So we want to take this same feature on our platform so that customers can compare between products and can get best quality product with good price. To make the platform interactive we are also including the Blogging features where farmer can post about their farming strategies and also learn from another farmers strategies. We also have a news section where farmers can see the news or scheme released by Government of India for farmers. SO that they will be updated with current market trends and schemes. Q3. Why are you interested in this company/position? Ans.: I am particularly interested in this position/company because it fits with my passion for developing software applications for [mention the specific area of application, such as healthcare, education, or finance]. I am excited about the opportunity to work on the projects and contribute to the company's mission of become successfull. I believe that my skills and experiences make me a strong candidate for this role, and I am confident that I can make a significant impact on your team. Q4. Mention your strength and weaknesses. Ans.: My strengths include strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. I am a quick learner and I am always eager to take on new challenges. I am also a team player and I enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals. As for my weaknesses, I find perfections in every task and I go deep down in the details. However, I am working on improving my ability to complete tasks and prioritize my work. I am confident that with time and experience, I can overcome this weakness. Q5. What are your thoughts on emerging technologies in computer engineering? Ans.: I am excited about the potential of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain technology for creating innovative solutions in various industries. Q6. Where do you see yourself in five years? Ans.: In five years, I see myself at a higher position within a dynamic company like yours. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development to stay at the front of technological advancements. I am confident that my skills and experiences will contribute significantly to the success of the team. Q7. How do you handle stress and pressure? Ans.: I work well under pressure. I break big tasks into smaller parts, ask for help when needed, and take short breaks to stay focused. Q8. Why do you want to work for our company? Ans.: I like how your company/[company’s name] values the efforts and teamwork. I think my skills match well with this company, and I am excited to be part of it. Q9. How do you prioritize your tasks and manage your time effectively? Ans.: I make a to-do list, break big tasks into smaller steps, and use calendars or apps. This helps me stay organized and meet deadlines. Q10. Can you describe a situation where you faced a challenge and how you overcame it? Ans.: In a group project, my team members had a disagreement about the best approach to take. They both had strong opinions, and it was difficult to find a compromise. However, as a group leader I took the time to listen to the team member's perspective and explained my own reasoning. We were eventually able to come up with a solution that satisfied both of us. Q11. How do you handle conflicts in a team? Ans.: When there is a problem in the team, I try to understand everyone's side. I talk openly, listen, and suggest solutions that work for everyone. I am open to helping find solutions that make the team happy. Q12. What are your biggest achievements till date? / What are you most proud of? Ans.: Becoming the topper with silver medal in NPTEL softskills course from IIT Roorkee is my biggest achievement till date. Something big is yet to come. The day I will get my first job in a reputed company such as yours, will be my proudest achievement. That moment is still pending. Q13. What has been your greatest failure? Ans.: I could not secure a perfect 100/100 in my math paper in 12th Standard, despite my hard work. That is my greatest failure till date. As every failure acts as a new lesson to me. One challenge I faced was I had planned an event in my classes in 12th standard. But it did not go as planned, and it felt like a setback. However, I learned the issues, like everyone was not interested as I was. Since then, I've become better at convincing others, and it's made me more resilient and focused on continuous improvement.
