PROVISIONAL NOC
We, CSL Finance Limited (“Lender-1”) and SG Finserve Limited (“Lender-2”) have sanctioned two loan
facilities (“Loan Facilities”) vide loan agreement dated 14.03.2023 (“Loan Agreement-1”) and loan agreement
dated 19.07.2023 (“Loan Agreement-2”) to GLS Infracon Private Limited and GLS Infratech Private Limited
(collectively referred to as “Borrowers”) as executed between the Borrowers, Lender-1 and Lender-2.
To secure the Loan Facilities, GLS Infratech Private Limited (“Mortgagor”) had:-
i. Created a charge/ mortgage on the entire Project namely “Arawali City” situated at located at Sector-4, Sohna,
Gurgaon, Haryana, and
ii. Hypothecated the receivables of the Project,
In this regard, we hereby release our charge over the flats/units as mentioned in Annexure: A forming part of the
said Project, subject to the receipt of Balance Amount receivables against the said flats/units as mentioned in
Annexure: A in the below-mentioned Escrow Account and that on the receipt of the said payment, Final NOC
will be issued to the Borrowers. On receipt of final NOC from the Lender-1 (acting for itself and for Lender-2),
the Borrowers shall be fully entitled and free to deal with the said plot in any manner whatsoever.
