    2. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES

    NOTE:
    1. GST shall be charged extra as applicable.
    2. We will depute our service engineer within 2-7 days after receipt of your Work Order / Purchase Order / written
    confirmation.
    3. Food, Accommodation & Local Convey – MHS Engg. Scope
    4. Kolkata to RGTPP & return – MHS Engg. Scope.
    5. M/s MHS ENGINEERING Capable for 1 ton to 550 Ton Four Girder EOT cranes Erection commissioning,
    maintenance, servicing, overhauling, inspection, health checkup, modification, supervisory etc. work for Anupam
    Gujarat make and any others make, like WMI, MUKUND, Electromech, Reva, Konecranes, L&T, Jindal, etc.
    EXCLUSION
    1. Necessary permission and gate pass for entry and working in plant / front availability for HPGCL scope.
    2. Free electricity and power as required during above work (HPGCL).
    3. All Spare parts and tools tackle, other material required including consumables shall be provided by HPGCL.
    4. Any manpower required for major servicing repair work (Electrician, Mechanic & Helper) – HPGCL scope

    The above prices quoted are excluding Taxes/Duties/Statutory Levies like GST Tax etc. The same to be paid by
    purchaser at actual.
    2. COMPLETION PERIOD
    As per mutual agreement.
    3. TOOLS TRACKLES
    Tools & Tackles Manpower HPGCL scope.
    4. VALIDITY
    Our offer shall remain valid for your acceptance up to 30 days from date of offer.
    5. TERMS OF PAYMENT
    For 130/25 Ton DG EOT crane Health inspection maintenance, supervision job portion.
    a) 100% of the payment against submitted invoice along with taxes, Like IGST 18% after the completion of the work
    and after job completion payment release within 30- 45 days.
