Skin On direct skin contact, unhardened product may cause minor irritation. Repeated or prolonged contact may
cause skin senzitization.
Inhalation Overexposure to vapors may irritate eyes, nose and throat. It may cause headache and dizziness.
Ingestion Ingestion of large amount of uncured silicone compound may cause gastrointestinal irritation.
Potential Chronic Health Prolonged exposure to toluene vapors may lead to damage to many organ systems having effects on:
Effects central and peripheral nervous systems, vision, hearing, liver, kidneys, heart and blood.Prolonged exposure
to toluene has been associated with temporal changes in personality and memory. Animal studies with
toluene have shown: mild, reversible liver effects, cardiac sensitization, respiratory track damage (nose,
throat and airways), effects on hearing, and central nervous system damage.
Medical Conditions Preexisting eye and skin disorders may be aggravated by exposure to this product.
Aggravated by
Overexposure:
Overexposure Headache, drowsiness, and general CNS (central nervous system) depression effects.
/Signs/Symptoms
See Toxicological Information (section 11)
Skin Contact In case of contact, immediately wash skin with plenty of water and mild soap. Remove any contaminated
clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse.
Inhalation If exposed to concentrated vapors, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If
breathing is difficult, give oxygen and get medical attention.
Ingestion This material is for industrial use only. Ingestion is unlikely. However, if ingested, obtain emergency medical
attention.
Notes to Physician Treat according to person's condition and specifics of exposure.

Chronic Effects on Humans The chronic toxicity of this substance is not fully known. Possible chronic effects based on raw materials
contained in this product:
Carbon Black as an inhalable airborne dust or powder particle is classified as a proven carcinogen by
NIOSH. By IARC, Carbon Black an inhalable dust or powder particle is classified 2A (Probable carcinogen
for humans). By ACGIH, Carbon Black an inhalable dust or powder particle is classified A4 (Not classified
carcinogen for humans or animals).
Toluene is not classified as a carcinogen, by EPA (D), ACGIH (A4), and IARC (3). Toluene is classified an
an experimental teratogen, meaning that some data suggests it is a human reproductive mutagen.
Other Toxic Effects on None.
Humans
Special Remarks on Chronic Carbon Black: as an airborne inhalation dust or powder is listed as both possibly carcinogenic to
Effects on Humans carcinogenic in humans.
Exposure to Carbon Black as aiborne dust is unlikely in the TB1282B because the carbon black particle is
suspended as a wetted out, solid filler in the uncured product, and it is fully contained within the polymer
matrix
Special Remarks on Other No additional remark.
