    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    I, the undersigned, Maureen V. Monje, hereby name, appoint and constitute JEFFREY
    ALQUIZAR to be my Attorney-in-Fact (“Agent”), to act on my behalf and in my name, to execute
    and process all or any of the following acts, matters and things, in connection with the said
    business permit and BIR permit of Peers & Beers Kicthen and Bar.

    My Agent shall have full power and authority to act on my behalf but only to the extent
    permitted by this Special Power of Attorney. My Agent’s powers shall include the power to:

    1. To process for me and in my behalf, execute, pay the fees necessary to any and
    all document(s) and paper(s) as well as to do any acts in order to accomplish the
    aforesaid acts and deeds.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to do
    and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing powers, as
    fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full
    power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said
    attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this __ day of January 2021, in
