Help us show our appreciation to the Pastors that give their time and caring to all of us at Emmaus by joining us for a special Pastor Appreciation luncheon. The holiday season is quickly approaching and we have a lot of fun activities to help you get into the holiday spirit. We are beginning to prepare for our Christmas Pageant to be held December 6th. We will be having rehearsals for the performance during the day and the evening to accommodate everyones schedule. If being on stage does not appeal to you sign up for some of the behind the scenes work. There will be activities to work on scenery, costumes and advertising. The students from the St. Charles Key Club are coming to provide us with an evening of fun. During the History Museum Outing we will view the new Mammoths and Mastodons exhibition with hands-on interactive displays, life-sized models, fossil tusks and skulls and even touchable teeth that bring these ancient giants back to life. Members of St. Lucas United Church of Christ will join us for a Thanksgiving celebration; they will come to Sunday worship which will be followed by a traditional Thanksgiving feast. Beat the holiday rush by working on making Christmas cards now. Get a head start on your Christmas shopping or just come to browse at the St. Charles craft fair. So sign up and come join us this Fall.
