and Finance) from one of the accredited university of Pakistan. I am quite confident that I could

Finance Manager
20, July,2016-Up to Now, Worked as Finance Manager Moon Bright Pharmaceutical
Company, Kabul Afghanistan

Duties and Responsibilities:


 Preparing and Managing Employee payrolls for MB group
 Receive and verify suppliers’ and consultants’ invoices along with justification
documents
 Keeping record of employees’ leave pending and used.
 Ensure that the employee profiles are up to date.
 Ensure that salary is disbursed, payroll is recorded in the accounting system, and
individual paystubs are distributed to all employees on schedule
 Assists in managing the day-to-day relationship with project’s local bank;
 Provide documentation to be used in preparing checks for project management signature;
 Development, evaluating and adjusting proper recruitment for MB.
 Prepare the monthly cash book and salary report and distribute staff salaries Contribute to

Duties and Responsibilities

 Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
 Matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices Input accounting data
into the accounting system with speed and accuracy
 Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation
