1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
JBS ENGINEERING SDN BHD.was appointed by Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR), Kuala
Lumpur as Facility Management (FM) Contractor of Building Facility Management &
Maintenance (FMM) for Kompleks Mahkamah Kota Kinabalu for 3 years effective from 15 th
August 2022- 14th September 2025

All processes owner which are Managers, Engineers, Officers or Executives shall
be responsible for the quality of each FMM Services either for document or service
delivery. All Routine Inspection, Preventive Maintenance should be according to the
contract requirement as per stated in the Technical Specification of FMM Services
for Kompleks Mahkamah Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

2.2 Compliances
JBS should comply with the latest version of Sistem Pengurusan Bersepadu JKR (SPB) as
specified by FSO, ISO MS 9001:2015 and all the regulations as stated in the Contract
Document.
