    Note: Bidders are requested to appropriately fill in all the blank spaces in this form of
    Bid and sign each page of the form of Bid.

    Gentlemen:

    1. In accordance with the Conditions of Contract, Specification, Drawings, and Bill of


    Quantities and Addenda Nos. ___________________ for the execution of the above-
    named Works we, the undersigned, offer to construct and install such Works and
    remedy any defects therein in conformity with the Conditions of Contract,
    Specifications, Drawings, Bill of Quantities, and Addenda for the sum of Taka

    2. We acknowledge that the Appendix forms part of our Bid.

    3. We undertake, if our Bid is accepted, to commence the Works as soon as is


    reasonably possible after the receipt of the Engineer’s notice to commence, and to
    complete the whole of the Works comprised in the Contract within the time stated in
    the Appendix to Bid.

    4. We agree to abide by this Bid for the period of one hundred and twenty-six (126) days
    from the last date fixed for receiving the same and it shall remain binding upon us and
    may be accepted at any time before the expiration of that period.

    5. Unless and until a formal Agreement is prepared and executed this Bid, together with
    your written acceptance thereof, shall constitute a binding Contract between us.

    6. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any bid you may
    receive.

    7. We certify/confirm that we comply with the eligibility requirements as per ITB Clause 3
    of the bidding documents.
