The company wants to promote a new product and should focus on advertising to make customers aware, identifying target customers to focus marketing efforts, and setting an ideal price that attracts customers but ensures profitability. For a new employee induction, the personnel department can outline company policies, the canteen provides healthy food, and meeting the general manager helps understand company goals and priorities.
