Free Home Delivery - within the 2 km radius from the store location,
will offer a free home delivery with discounted price
Free Doctor Consultation - A certified, experienced doctor (BAMS /
BHMS / MBBS) is available at each store location. Consumers need
not bear case paper fees or consultation charges. The doctor is
available 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, to check, consult, and serve
our consumers, free of cost.
Free Dietitian Consultation – 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Services we offer
Free Medical Camps - Company arranges free medical camps, once
in a month, minimum 12 in a year.
The camp may be disease oriented or organ oriented, or it may be
general check-up camp.
One can get specialized consultation on the day of medical camp at
free of cost.

The company also conducts a survey within 3 to 4 km radius from


the store location. The Survey covers 5000 to 10000 families in that
locality.

about the surrounding consumers and their family.

• Medical history
• Health history

Medi-Clinic and its services.

All survey information then goes to CRM Team to maintain further


relationships with the consumers.
Loyalty Card Program
While conducting a survey, a free FAMILY MEMBERSHIP CARDS is
prepared for our consumers through which he can avail LOYALTY
CARD benefits, same as other loyalty programs.
A loyalty card holder and his friends and family can get some extra
services on a priority basis.

They get loyalty points on each of their purchases, and they can
redeem these points on their next purchase
