Subject: Offer Letter | Appointment in the position of Youth Influencer in the Ulead program, an
internship initiative by Unschool.
We congratulate you on being selected for the Stage 1 of the Ulead internship.
About Unschool:

With more than 300,000 learners, Unschool is an EdTech startup with a vision to enable youth
towards employability through its 150+ courses taught the experts from around the world and with
outcome based learning in the form of internship and job opportunities on course completion.
With reference to your application, we are pleased to confirm your appointment as an intern for the
above-said position in Ulead subject to the terms and conditions of this offer letter.
The internship start date would be 21/08/2023 and extend for 30 day(s) and can be extended if
needed and you will be solely working from home under the program’s assigned manager’s
guidance.
1. Get to learn the fundamentals of sales and marketing through sessions delivered during the
internship and practically implement your learnings to acquire customers and build the brand.
2. Certificate on successful completion of the internship.
3. Letter of recommendation on exceptional performance during the internship.
4. LinkedIn recommendation on exceptional performance during the internship.
5. Promotion to Youth Leader on successful completion of the Stage 1 targets.
6. Promotion to Youth Champion on successful completion of the Stage 2 targets.
7. The stipend provided will be as follows (Please refer to the stage 2 structure):
Stage 1:
Duration: 15 days
3,000 INR
Above 3,000 INR 10% of revenue over 3,000 INR (Calculated after
subtracting the GST amount of sale value)
Stage 2:
Duration: 30 days
After successfully completing Stage 2 as a Youth Leader, you will be promoted to a Youth
Champion.
As a Youth Champion, you will lead multiple teams of Youth Leaders and Influencers from
multiple colleges in your city and across the country and lead the representation of
Unschool and Ulead nationally.
Stage 3:
Duration: 60 days
Kindly use the official marketing material provided by the company (and your managers). Do not
commit to marketing any posters or content that is not approved by the company authority.
● This offer letter is confidential and should not be posted on Social media and LinkedIn.
● Collaboration with third-party platforms is restricted unless approved by the company authority.
● Social media pages on the name of “Unschool”, “Ulead” or related pages should not be created
by the intern. The official Social Media pages of the company only have to be promoted, if and
when necessary.
1. Attending reporting calls at the beTerms and Conditions:ginning and the end of the day is
mandatory. Additionally, the company may implement staggered work shifts, in rare cases of necessity.
2. All stipends are calculated after deducting the GST amount of the sale value.
3. The stipend provided above is subject to changes at the discretion of the company and is effective from
5 June, 2023.
4. The stipend provided above is not considered to be effective during the days of “campaign offers” run by
the company at it’s discretion.
5. The Company may terminate/ suspend the intern’s services immediately at its discretion at any time
without giving any notice or amount in lieu of notice of the below actions:
(i) any heinous criminal act or any offence involving moral turpitude (the term “moral turpitude” includes
crimes having an inherent quality of baseness, vileness, or depravity with respect to a person's duty to the
society in general such as rape, forgery, theft, solicitation, etc.),
(ii) sexual harassment (adjudicated guilty as per the Company’s policy and local laws),
(iii) any act that threatens or likely to damage the Company’s reputation,
(iv) any activity leading to loss of business for the Company,
(v) no show up to work and lack of intent with regards to the internship. This would also result in no
certification or other rewards implying completion of the internship.
6. Non-Disclosure Agreement -
During the internship program, the Intern may have access to trade secrets or confidential business
information belonging to the company (including, but not limited to “source code”, “graphic assets”, “source
repositories”, “practical documentation”, ”development binaries”, “Company internet accounts”, etc). By
accepting this appointment, the intern acknowledges that all this information must be kept strictly
confidential, and should not be used for Intern’s own purposes or disclosed to anyone outside the company
unless authorized by them in writing by the company. In addition, the intern agrees that, upon the termination
of the internship program (for any reason whatsoever), the intern will immediately return to the company, all
of its property, equipment, and documents, including but not limited to electronically stored information. The
Intern agrees to hereby indefinitely assign ownership of any intellectual property rights and copyrights to the
company for any and all work that is done as a part of the internship program with the company.
7. Non-Compete Agreement -
The Intern undertakes, agrees, and covenants with the Company that for a period of 1(One) month from the
termination/ expiry of this internship, as the case may be (“Non-Compete Period”), the Intern shall not,
either directly or indirectly work with any company, association, firm, individual or carry on any activity, which
is the same as, or similar to, or which competes or is reasonably likely to compete with, the business of the
Company, including, but not limited, to any company involved in the field of education technology.
