A. Candidate should read the Regulation-18 available at RTU website www.rtu.ac.in and also the following notes
carefully before filling in this form.
1. Only online application forms are accepted.
2. The online application form filled in and accompanied with requisite fee and original mark sheet must reach the office of
Controller of Examination within 15 days excluding the date of declaration of result through concerned college.
3. The requisite fee should be remitted to the University through the Principal of the college where candidate is studying in one
consolidated online payment in favour of “Rajasthan Technical University” payable at Kota.
4. Incomplete applications or an application not accompanied with the requisite fee (Rs. 600/- per paper) or application received after
the due date shall be rejected.
5. Original mark sheet must be attached with the form.
6. Form sent directly by the student to the university will not be accepted.
7. The Principal of the college is required to send hard copy of all the application along with original mark sheets and online fee
payment details positively on the next day of the last date prescribed by RTU.
B. Candidate should proceed further treating their result as unchanged for all purpose until declaration of the result
of Re-Evaluation of scripts.
C. All Court cases shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the University headquarters at Kota and not any other places.
