• Sangguniang Kabataan Official Internal Rules and Regulations
The following rules and regulations to be implemented by the Sangguniang
Kabataan Council in the year of 2023-2025. It is approved and duly seconded by the Sangguniang Kabataan Council:
The latecomers in a Sangguniang Kabataan meeting or session will face
penalties: first offense results in restoration, second offense includes restoration and providing snacks, and a third offense leads to being marked absent.
Failure to attend a Sangguniang Kabataan meeting results in a 250-peso
penalty for the first offense, a 30% honorarium deduction for the second offense, and a memorandum from the SK Chairperson for the third offense.
Exemptions for being absent or late include submitting school requirements
in advance, providing a valid medical certificate for emergencies, and sending an invitation or letter for family gatherings out of town; these should be submitted either before or after the notice of the meeting.
The attire for a meeting or session must be a semi-formal attire for boys the attire includes any colored pants paired with a polo, along with shoes suitable for a semi-formal setting. Girls can choose for trousers or skirts paired with any colored polo, and they have the flexibility to choose sandals, heels, or closed shoes for the occasion. The penalty for not wearing a semi formal will consider late in a session or meeting.
Failure to attend event in a barangay result in a 200 pesos penalty.
The proceeds of the penalty collected will be allocated towards addressing
essential needs, supporting a feeding program, and contributing to charitable donations.
• Schedule of Regular Meeting and KK Consultation
The schedule for the Regular Sangguniang Kabataan Meeting and
Katipunan Ng Kabataan was set to be held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month respectively concurred with by the Sangguniang Kabataan Council.
• Initial Discussion about December Event
December 5,2023: Starts of Caroling with the Barangay Council. The
proceeds collected will be allocated to the Christmas Party December 21,2023: In Afternoon, Children Christmas Party and in the evening all Barangay San Vicente Christmas Party. December 27,2023: Employees and Barangay Council Christmas Party
The Barangay San Vicente are invited in Banchetto sa Pasko that will be held on December 15-24,2023 at St. Raphael De Archangel Parish Church. The following event that will be attended by Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Council are: December 9,2023: Start of Belen and Parol Making Contest December 15,2023: Grand Opening of Banchetto sa Pasko at 6:00 PM Youth Extravaganza at 9:00-12:00 PM December 17,2023: Barangay San Vicente with the partnership from Barangay Old San Roque to conduct the Zumba and Barangay Night at 9:00-12:00 PM
V. Other Matters • Youth Profiling
The appointed SK Secretary and SK Treasurer are assigned to print the youth profiling sheets on December 8-10,2023. The Sangguniang Kabataan Member are assigned to get the information of every youth age 15-30 years old with their assigned zone starting December 10 ended in December 17,2023.
•San Vicente Youth Assembly
The Sangguniang Kabataan Council proposed a Katipunan Ng Kabataan Assembly on December 17,2023 (Sunday), 3:00 PM at San Vicente Covered Court. The proposed program for the Katipunan Ng Kabataan Assembly includes a San Vicente Youth Organization election, a discussion about the December event, and addressing other relevant matters. The next meeting to elaborate more the San Vicente Youth Assembly on December 15,2023, 3:00PM VI. Adjournment The presiding officer adjourned the session at 7:30 PM
