As a coordinator, I oversee all programs in the district which includes representation management,
needs assessment, monitoring, logistics, finance, and administration.
I manage the team to achieve the program objectives according to WEE-RDP development
objectives.
I plan, manage, and coordinate the implementation of the WEE-RDP Project in target districts in
coordination with the Regional Office to ensure that the activities are delivered as planned.
I work in close coordination with Community Institutions Development Access to Finance and
Technical Assistance divisions to proper for implementation of the planned activities.
I manage and monitor day-to-day activities and performance of provincial WEE-RDP staff
including, The Social Organizers Village Facilitators Business Development Support Officer
(BDSO).
I ensure there is effective coordination and representation from the provincial PRRD offices with
the provincial and district governors, partner institutions, NGOs and all other relevant stakeholders.
I manage the provincial team and make sure that the team adheres to the project /program
guidelines.
I prepare weekly and monthly project reports for the project.
I mentor all relevant project (CMID A2F SME SG and VSLA) including staff assessments and
design implementation and monitoring & evaluation tools.
I contribute to the facilitation of the recruitment process when required.
I manage the team needs and resolve team conflicts and make sure the working condition are safe
and all teams needs are met.
Community mobilizer for HEALTH project

I Ensured that all project needs are met according to the defined chronogram, requested quality
standards, and proper procurement scenario.
I made sure all procurements were done in compliance with the project requirements including the
supplier selection.
I built the sourcing capacity in the base/area of affectation and maintained a supplier database.
Ensured constant availability of running supplies/services/works such as fuel, stationery,
transportation means, etc.
Managed traceability & reconciliation between orders, contracts & deliveries, and liaised with
finance and CLM for problem solving teams.
Anticipated needs for assets and liaised with CLM to plan the budgets accordingly.
Maintained an up-to-date asset inventory, including proper asset labelling; investigated and
documented any loss or damage
Managed random asset inventories to check the monthly asset follow-up reliability and acted as
needed.
Managed asset maintenance plans control & optimize related costs.
Organized regular staff trainings and refreshers (right use of computers & radios, installation & use
of generators, etc);
Coordinated with CLM for assets donations, obsolescence & replacements over the time in
compliance with internal & external regulations.
Ensured any piece of equipment submitted for repair at the driver’s request are recorded in writing,
and deteriorations are led to a written report signed by the head of the radio base and the driver.
Made sure the drivers kept the equipment in good condition (cables must be protected, plugs and
sockets must be made waterproof, pieces of equipment must be properly fixed to the chassis, battery
cable must be checked every day).
Checked on mobile radio programming regularly.
Trained drivers on radio procedures.
Made sure that the essential updated documents (kilo list, HF network) are held by the drivers
Was responsible for preparing and updating of monthly inventory for all communication assets in
Afghanistan. And had to forward this report to communication/Security manager.
