Hillgrove Cheerleading Branding and

Promotions

Primary Research Endeavor:
Research Problem: Our research problem is that not enough students were coming to cheerleading events.

Findings/Solutions: To increase attendance at events we will give motives that will intrigue students. We will communicate
with students through social media and announcements.

Effects: We found that the teams that had good social medias, more promotions and incentives, had the best outcomes and
attendance rates. Increased exposure: schools with larger exposure had higher attendance. Lower Prices: Hillgrove
charges $7 a ticket schools that charge cheaper have higher attendance. Giveaways: Like Lambert high school that gives
away T-shirts for people that attend. Better social media: Schools like South Forsyth have very attracting social media
pages.

Smart goal:
Achieve a bigger fan base. We would like 75 people supporting hillgrove (including
parent). When lots of people show up/ enjoy the content, that's how we will know
we achieved it. It is possible to achieve it if we put a lot of work in, we Want to
achieve it by the end of the season.

- Our in school fan engagement will be the 10th person to text the phone number will get a Hillgrove
Cheerleading T-shirt, through the text now app. We will do this during all lunches as well as create
flyers with instructions to display around the lunch room:
