Controls Cable Test Record

This document records the results of a controls cable test conducted at a GMI Facility. The test was performed after installation of a charger housing and mast, and before commissioning, to verify continuity of the controls cables. Digital multi-function testers, insulation resistance testers, and phase rotation testers were used to test cable insulation resistance and continuity. The test results for each cable are recorded, along with signatures of the tester and witnesses.
