The study assessed the level of readiness of 60 grade 7 students for online distance learning. It found that most students do not have access to necessary equipment like computers and reliable internet. It also found that while most students have basic knowledge of software like MS Word and PowerPoint, they lack proficiency. However, a majority of students' family members and neighbors do have experience using computer software and internet applications, so they may be able to provide technical support. The study concluded that most students are not fully ready for online learning due to lack of equipment and technical skills.
