GMAT score of students from different undergraduate backgrounds who apply to the
MBA program. The Excel file GMAT Scores contain data from a sample of students.
What conclusion can be reached using ANOVA?

at 0.001 level. To know more about this difference, we consider the Post-Hoc Test
below.
Step6 : Post−Hoc Test ( LSD )

- The group of students registering for the Business major has a higher average
GMAT score than the rest of the group Liberal Arts enrollment is 12,077, and this
difference is meaningful (because Sig. is 0.14 => p < 0.05)
- The group of students registering for the Liberal major has a lower average GMAT
score than the rest of the group Sciences enrollment is 23,500, and this difference is
highly significant (because Sig. is 0.000 => p < 0.001)
- The group of students registering for the Business major has a lower average GMAT
score compared to The pool of students enrolled in Sciences is 11,423, and this
difference is meaningful (because Sig. is 0.003 => p < 0.01)
