TYPES OF DEGREE DIKTI SCHOLARSHIPS
REGISTRATION MECHANISM

DIKTI scholarship applicants register by:


1. Register online via: www.beasiswa.kemdikbud.go.id;
2. Upload all required documents and fill in the form provided accordingly
with types of scholarships on the page www.beasiswa.kemdikbud.go.id
SELECTION AND DETERMINATION MECHANISM
1. Selection consists of:
a) administrative selection, namely validation of the suitability and correctness of documents;
b) substance selection with interviews that assess, among other things, aspects of ability
academic/skills, attitudes and national insight.

2. The selection results of the Administrative Selection Team and Interview Team are
submitted to selection committee to hold a plenary meeting.

3. Scholarship recipient candidates based on the plenary results are determined as

MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GENERAL

A. Indonesian citizen, proven by a legal identity card

B. Has been accepted at a tertiary institution in the country or abroad in


accordance with the scholarship scheme for the study program that has
been determined by BPPT.

C. Applicants for the D4 or Bachelor level scholarship program must have completed
high school/vocational school/equivalent and have a diploma/graduate certificate
as well as a report card/transcript.

D. Applicants for the Master's level scholarship program must have completed D4 or S1
program studies and have a graduation certificate/certificate as well as a transcript.

E. Applicants for the doctoral level scholarship program must have completed master's
program studies and have a graduation certificate/certificate as well as a transcript.

F. Applicants aiming for foreign universities must have foreign language skills as proven by:

PTE Academic (https://www.pearsonpte.com), or
IELTS (https://www.ielts.org) with the lowest score:
a. 72 (twenty two) for TOEFL IBT®,
46 (forty six) for PTE® Academic or
5.5 (five point five) for IELTS™ for undergraduate applicants; or
b. 80 (eighty) for TOEFL IBT®,
58 (fifty eight) for PTE Academic,
6.5 (six point five) for IELTS™ for Masters and Doctoral applicants;

F. Applicants aiming for foreign universities must have foreign language skills as proven by:

Nations (UN), with a minimum score in accordance with the requirements of the destination

United Nations (UN) at the previous level, only need to attach a diploma issued no later than 2 (two)
years from publication until the time of registration.

G. Scholarships are only intended for regular classes and are not intended for the following classes:

3) employee class; 7) international class specifically for domestic destinations;

Applicants for the BPI Scholarship from the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of
Research and Technology can register through the following steps:

1. Selection Process:
a) Administrative selection involves validating the accuracy and truthfulness of documents.
b) Substantive selection includes an interview assessing academic ability/skills, attitude,
and national insight.

2. Announcement of Results:
The results of the Administrative Selection Team and Interview Team are presented to the
selection committee for a plenary meeting.

3. Determination of Scholarship Recipients:


Scholarship recipients are determined based on the plenary meeting results and are
officially recognized as BPI Kemendikbudristek scholarship recipients by the Head of BPPT.
