Projects undertaken:
Example – Seat Belt launch of Mahindra & Mahindra W601 project One of the biggest projects undertaken by
our company was from M&M, the project involved both Seat Belt,Airbag & Buckle assy. in the launch stage of
the project. Also, our customers target market was for Domestic another aspect of which was a nascent
experience for us. Had to recruit & train about 12 new people in about 1 months’ time to meet with the
customer Quality demands.

 Reduced Supplier PPM from 75 to 50 by improving Quality standard and process
