BASSYNTH DEMO Installation Instructions
Firstly, be aware that the Free Demo of BASSYNTH has some big limitations in comparison
to the full version of BASSYNTH, such as being limited to just 18 Sound Sources and 6
Presets. (the full instrument features over 800+ multi-sampled Sound Sources, 200
Oscillators and Wavetables and 290 beautiful factory Presets. A full list of the limitations can
be found below:
Step 1 - Installation:
1. After fully downloading the ‘BASSYNTH_DEMO.zip’, unpack the Zip file using an
unpacking program.
2. After successfully unpacking the Zip file you should now see a single folder named
‘BASSYNTH DEMO’. Take note of where this folder is located because you will
reference this location in the next step
If you do not own Kontakt 6, you will need to install the free Native Instruments Kontakt 6
Player which you can download here - Kontakt Player Download Link
Step 2 - Loading BASSYNTH DEMO:
TO LOAD THE INSTRUMENT IN KONTAKT / KONTAKT FREE PLAYER:
1. Open Kontakt and navigate to / click the 'Files' Tab on the left of Kontakt’s interface.
2. In the Browser directly below, navigate and find the ‘BASSYNTH DEMO’ folder. This will
be located in the location where you unpacked it (see Step 1 above)
3. Click this folder to reveal the contents and then
double click the 'BASSYNTH DEMO.nki file' (or
drag it into the main Kontakt window) to load the
instrument.
Please Note: If you are using Kontakt Free Player, the DEMO version of BASSYNTH will
time out and need to be re-loaded every 15 minutes. The full version of BASSYNTH will
fully run in Free Kontakt Player with NO limitations and show up just like a plugin.

Batch Re-Save
Running a batch re-save after installing BASSYNTH is highly recommended to speed up
load times:
1. With BASSYNTH NOT loaded into Kontakt, click the ‘Disk / File’ Icon at the top of
Kontakt itself.
