Informatica Service Getting Stopped Automatically

The Informatica service is stopping automatically after starting on the server. The logs show errors connecting to the SQL server database and updating the master gateway data. The service runs for about a minute before stopping. The issue may be caused by a firewall blocking access to the SQL server port or a problem with the SQL server name and instance.

Informatica Service getting Stopped automatically

I am facing 10.4.0 version, service is getting stopped automatically.

if i start service manually from servies.msc but still it is stopping
any suggestions please post here.

To add to Paolo's response most common case is you may see messages like below in node.log just before you start seeing de-init messages in the
catalina.out

YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS ERROR [Domain Monitor] [DOM_10095] The master gateway data in the domain configuration repository was updated during the
last refresh time interval 40123.

Take a look at the following logs, and see if you can find anything:
1. Windows EventViewer
2. Informatica's node/tomcat logs (%INFA_HOME%\logs\<node_name>) => mainly catalina.out and node.log

Also, does the node start and stay up for a while before stopping, or does it stop immediately?

Again, the tomcat logs should tell you more about the node java process' activities.

OS: Windows server 2021 R2
While starting the service the node start and stay up for a while before stopping (1 minute it will stay then auto stop)

Service is running on the host.

Also, what Windows version do you work with? If it's Windows 10, forget it, Windows 10 is not and will never be a supported version for running the server
installation. No way.

2012 R2 and below error found on log file

2021-09-03 16:31:13,092 WARN [Master Elect Data Writer] [DOM_10162] Cannot update the data for the master gateway. The domain configuration
repository database may not be available. Verify that the database is available.
com.informatica.jdbc.sqlserverbase.ddea: [informatica][SQLServer JDBC Driver]The connection to the host INVSQLU04, named instance U04 has failed.
Error: "INVSQLU04". Verify the server and instance names, check that no firewall is blocking UDP traffic to port 1434, and for SQL Server 2005 or later
