ERROR: "JSF_0055: Timed out while trying to connect to domain..." when infacmd rebuildDependencyGraph does not execute

Description
infacmd rebuildDependencyGraph does not execute with error:

JSF_0055: Timed out while trying to connect to domain...

The issue happens due to connectivity issues with the domain. To isolate such issues, try using the "infacmd ping" command to isolate the root cause further-

Ping commands failed with the following errors:

[infa_bdm@********** bin]$infacmd.sh ping -dg **********:6005 -sn MRS_VC [ICMD_10033] Command [ping] failed with error [[INFACMD_10053]
[[SSLUtil_0002] The status of Kerberos authentication and secure communication in the domain cannot be determined because of the following error:
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find
valid certification path to requested targetService [MRS_VC] Host:Port [**********:6005] ] did not ping back. It might be due to one of the following
reasons: => Domain might not be running. => Domain name, host name or port number might be incorrect. => If the domain is in TLS mode with non
default SSL certificate then environment variables INFA_TRUSTSTORE and INFA_TRUSTSTORE_PASSWORD might be set to incorrect values or Truststore might
not have correct domain certificate.].

[infa_bdm@********** bin]$infacmd.sh ping -dn ********** -sn MRS_VC [ICMD_10033] Command [ping] failed with error [[INFACMD_10053] [[JSF_0055] Timed
out while trying to connect to domain [INFA_BDM_DOM_DEV] to look up service [/coreservices/DomainService].Service [MRS_VC] Domain [INFA_BDM_DOM_DEV]
] did not ping back. It might be due to one of the following reasons: => Domain might not be running. => Domain name, host name or port number might
be incorrect. => If the domain is in TLS mode with non default SSL certificate then environment variables INFA_TRUSTSTORE and
INFA_TRUSTSTORE_PASSWORD might be set to incorrect values or Truststore might not have correct domain certificate.].

So, in this case the issue was happening as INFA_TRUSTSTORE and INFA_TRUSTORE_PASSWORD environment variables were not set correctly.

Solution
To resolve this issue, we set the INFA_TRUSTSTORE and INFA_TRUSTORE_PASSWORD environment variables and update the domain name and gateway information in the
domains.infa file.

infacmd.sh (http://infacmd.sh) updategatewayinfo -dn INFA_BDM_DOM_DEV -dg AZLAPNEDLBIG01:6005

Now running the command the command ran successfully.
