SUITABILITY OF TESTING

Testing the website has enabled and also helped me to identify elements that were not
working and helped me address them as fast as possible with less disruption. I was able to
address browser bugs, Functionality problems, wrong grammar spellings
Testing optimises the site’s performance, stability and security of the website and also
highlights areas that should be improved to ensure the success of the website.
There were various testing tools available, and I respectively chose ones that provide the
information I needed when testing the website’s design.
A comprehensive testing phase ensures the ultimate success of the website which produces
the ultimate level of value to developers.

ROLE OF W3C

The W3C's role is to create guidelines and technical standard levels for various web
technologies globally. These set standards are made to ensure a consistent level of
technical compatibility and quality relating to the world wide web. Developers who create or
make web applications will have trust in the tools and programs they're applying in
developing, as almost all web applications applying these standards have been approved
and vetted by experts. A common example of a W3C standard is web browsers. Most use
the W3C standards, which enables them to communicate code such as Hypertext HTML and
CSS.
The W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) is an overseas agency that creates standards for
the World Wide Web. The WC3 is solely committed to improving and enhancing the web by
putting up or setting and promoting web based standards.

DISCUSSING AND EVALUATION OF SUSTAINABILITY OF PLUGIN USED.

LIVE CHAT PLUGIN

I used a live chat plugin because, Live chat is a more convenient way for customers to find
real-time responses to their challenges on a website and also a way for providing customers
support to customers, undoubtedly good customer support will have strong impact on the
long-term success of the business and also boost revenue
Real-time responses and support is very instrumental when operating online stores. In cases
when a client is encountering a purchase-related problem, the customer is much more likely
to proceed with the live chat agent for solutions or answers to the problem.
For instance, a potential customer might not be able to proceed with a purchase if he or she
cannot apply a discount code. If the customer is not assisted in this quest, quite likely will
cause frustration, and the business will most probably lose the customer.

MAP PLUGIN
I embedded a map (Google Maps) on the site because having a map in the website is going
to reveal to customers the business location,the business physical address, business
reviews, the business directions, and also much more handy details. Customers, without
stress can explore the business profile and also find directions, all from the website. Thus,
there is zero or absolutely no need for customers to toggle between apps or websites.
Having a map is of high or extreme importance for the business. because,studies clearly
reveal and show that nearly one third(1/ 3) of all searches that are made on phones are
significantly related to location, which just simply means that Google Maps or maps is an
important driver for mobile traffic. Whenever traffic is buzzing in from Google Maps, it

MODAL POPUP
The main usage of Pop-ups in the website is that they are multi-functional tools, very helpful
in converting traffic on the business website into profitable marketing leads. The pop-up
subscription form where customers can submit their email addresses is the trick. It is going
to allow the business to grow its mailing list, build up healthy customer relationships via
email, and shorten or speed up purchasing processes.

EVALUATION OF WEB APPLICATION TOOLS

1. CODE EDITOR (VS code)

I used a code editor (VS code) to write and develop the website and also run the written
markup or code through a browser. It is designed for developers to aid them in writing
markup or code and also utilise readable text to make code easier to compile and
understand. They have in-built knowledge of various programming languages, allowing
various elements of the code (functions, variables, keywords, etc.) to be displayed in
different colours and greatly enhance readability and analysis by developers.
Code editors can be used to compile and run code efficiently. Also used to print a code’s
output.

2. BROWSER. (GOOGLE CHROME)

I used the Chrome browser to view the progress of the website during creation and also
helped in the testing of the responsiveness of the website
Chrome in-built developer tools allows developers to view performance and analysis of the
website. It allows or gives developers access into the internals or core of their website or
web application. Furthermore, an effective palette of network tools helps developers optimise
loading flows, while a real-time timeline gives developers a much deeper understanding and
knowledge of what the browser is doing at any moment.

The usage of web services by RCC is going to help the business to lower its cost greatly and
efficiently.

The website should be more flexible in terms of methods or options of payments. The
business must know what specific payment option or method the customers mostly prefer,
also having other payment options available on the website can greatly improve the
customer experience.
Mobile payment options such as digital wallets and cryptocurrencies are significantly among
the growing or emerging preferred alternative payment options or methods and must be
included on the website. The website should also offer traditional payment methods such as
a credit card and bank transfers.

2. DETAILED SHIPPING AND RETURN INFORMATIONS

To greatly improve trust and reach set expectations, it’s vital to display whether the website
offers paid or free shipping.
Customers should be informed about the returns processes and expected packages arrival
times. Displaying shipping policy, as well as the returns policy is also important.
