allows the reproduction of the image of natural
object or man-made objects with different shape
and texture by printing.

needed in making a printmaking?

making printmaking such as paper, leaves of a
tree, brush, watercolor, paint and many more.
Now class there are types of printmaking
equipment and methods.
ON PAPER:

 The printer can be placed on top


or under the design paper.
 When the print out is placed
underneath, the coloring to be used is a
water color that is rubbed on the
surface of the paper. When the paper is
under the object to be printed, it will be
coated
with“watercolor”orinkandpressedon
the papertoable toleave a trace.
 Printing can be done repetitive.

These are the materials that you can use in


printing.

 Leaves or natural objects around


that can leave a trace.
 Disposable items such as bottles, straw
plastic cups and so on.
 Carved fruits or vegetables such
as sweet potatoes or potatoes.
 The rope can also be used.
Here is one of example of printmaking using
leaves.

These Are The Steps In Making Printmaking:


Example using these materials.
 Calamansi
 Oslopaper
 Watercolor
 Brush
 Scissor

Step 1: Prepare the oslo paper and calamansi.


Step2: Cut the calamansi into two pieces using
the scissors.
(Warning: for children, you need to be careful
using scissors or you can call a help to the adults
to guide you using the scissors.)
Step3: After cutting, the calamansi, you can get a
cup to squeeze the calamansi so that the
calamansi juice will not spread on your paper.
Step4: Prepare the oslo paper,get the brushand
the water color.
Step 5: Rub the Brush in the water color and
next, brush it in the calamansi where you cut it
earlier.
Step6: Apply the calamansi with water color on
the oslo paper.
(Press the calamansi slightly hard to cling the
color in the oslo paper.)
Step7: Repeat the process until you can make a
flower or other design that you wanted to do
using kalamansi.

resources that you can find in our surrounding .

Group 2: Jonalyn, Bryan, Amie, Roana, Diana,

Jayzel.
