    Installation
    The PV combiner box needs to use the U-shaped clamp inside the accessory, pass through the mounting bracket
    on the back of the box, and fix it on the solar panel bracket with the flat pad and the locknut M10.

    Before installing, first check whether each part of the box is intact and whether there is any damage. Wire
    external cables to corresponding terminals and the wiring method is as shown below.

    Wiring installation
    As shown in the figure below, the red wire is used as the positive wire, and the black wire is used as the negative
    wire, and the yellow-green wire is used as the ground wire. They are all input from above the circuit breaker and
    output from the bottom of the circuit breaker. All input and output lines come in and out of the venting holes of
    the Solar Junction Box.

    Typical fault handling

    Replace DC SPD
    The DC SPD is mainly used to absorb and suppress lightning surge when lightning comes to protect back-end
    circuit. When the window color of DC SPD turns from green to red, the SPD has failed and must be replaced.

    Previous preparations:
    1) Prepared tools and materials: anti-static wrist strap / gloves, Phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver, wire
    cutter, cable ties and anti-static box / bag.
    2) Confirmed the DC SPD model to be replaced and prepare a new DC SPD.

    Operation steps
    Step one: Wear anti-static wrist strap or anti-static gloves.
    Step two: Disconnect power supply.

    The DC SPD must be replaced in case of power failure to avoid personal injury.

    Step three: Remove the cables form DC SPD in turn, insulate and label them during removing.
    Pull out the DC SPD and then remove it as shown.

    Step four: Place the new SPD on corresponding fixed rail and push it to ensure that the SPD is installed securely.
    Step five: Wire cables back to the DC SPD in accordance with the labels.
    Step six: Switch on the power and confirm that the DC SPD alarm disappears.
    Step seven: Determine whether the SPD is working normally in accordance with the window color of which.
    Normally, the SPD window is green
    Step eight: Remove your anti-static wrist strap or anti-static gloves and put away the tools.
