Of my subjects at school, I love English best for the following reasons. First of all, English has
become an international language. There are more than one hundred English speaking countries all
over the world. Also, speaking English well makes it easy for us to get a good job. Furthermore,
English is a compulsory subject at school. We study this subject three periods a week, which makes
me very excited. What makes me love English best is that English is very interesting. There are
many exciting films, newspapers, magazines which are in English. In addition, it is very interesting
to communicate with people worldwide in English. You can know their culture very well. In
conclusion, English is my favorite subject for the reasons I have mentioned above.

I am interested in reading books. I was constantly encouraged to read by my parents and

teachers. I have read so many books but my favorite 1s Harry Potter. The author of this book is J.K.
Rowling. This book is bout the wizarding world. It's one of the most exciting and fascinating books
I have ever read before. It is actually a hard-to-put-down book. It attracts not only children but also
adults. There are so many things for young people to learn In this series. The book teaches us the
Importance of friendship. It also showed me that no one in this universe is perfect. I really like this
book.

5. Your favorite season

My favourite season is spring. Where I grew up, spring usually falls in the months of March and
April, although depending on the year it may begin or end earlier or later. It is a brief season, but it
is a pleasant one. In the springtime, I do many things that are impossible in winter and
uncomfortable in summer. I like to go outside and do activities like hiking and rock climbing. It’s
also really pretty in spring because the flowers are in bloom and the animals are giving birth so
there is a sense of colour and life in the hills. People do a lot sports outdoors at this time of year,
and I find it’s the time when I get the most exercises too. Spring is also a festival season in
Vietnam. There are many festival which held in spring such as: Tet, Lim festival..etc. In short,
spring is the season which i like most.

6. Your most memorable holiday;

Last month I had an unforgetable holiday to the countryside about 50 kilometers to the south of
Ha Noi. This journey was very interesting. We got up very early and caught a 7- o’clock bus to the
village. On the journey, we saw many green paddy fields and bamboo forests. At the entrance to
the village, there was a big old banyan tree. After climbing up the mountain for an hour, we felt
very hungry and tired, so we stopped to take a rest and have a snack under a tree. From the top of
the mountain, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of this area and the fresh air. In the afternoon, we

went boating on the river and went home late in the evening. After this journey, we felt very happy
and we wish we could visit this area again some day.

7. Your hobby ( ies)

Hobby is one of the most important things we should have in our life. Of all hobbies in the
world, I like listening to music the most. I enjoy music and I listen to it every single day. I started
this hobby when I was 8. There are various kinds of music such as Pop, Folk music, Hip hop, ... for
us to choose and enjoy.Whenever I'm in a good mood, I prefer to listen to rock music that keeps me
happy and energetic. If I'm sad or tired, I choose some calm, relaxing songs. Music can speak
because through music, people can express feelings and emotions. Each song has it own message.
My favourite songs is "A thousand years" written by Christina Perri. It's from "Twilight" - a famous
movie about the relationship between human teenager and vampire. There are also a lot of bands in
the US, UK, Japan, Korea and a lot of singers. They wrote their songs based on their experience
and even from the bottom of their hearts. Most of the time, I love listening to music to relax my
mind. Music can make the world smaller. Without music, life would be a mistake.

Throughout my life I have met meny people but my father is the person whom I admire
most. He has honesty, patience, kindness and everything that a good person can have. My father
is a middle-aged man and he always smiles on his face. He works as a workers in a factory and
he likes his job very much. Despite working hard, he alwways made time to teach us many
wonderful things which are necessary and important to our life. He is not rich by money but he
is very rich by heart, he always helps the poor and encourages me to do so. I admire my father
because he not only brings me up well but also give me some help if necessary. For me, my
father has always been a source of inspiration and I also want to be a man like him. My only
pray is that he always stay healthy and he has a big smile on his face.

A friendship is very important for everyone, especially me. During my studying from
primary school to secondary school, I have many friend. One of them is Duc – my best friend.
He is a good and handsome boy. He supports me, helps me a lot when I have problems. I’m so
proud of him and love him so much. He has a graceful smile. I’m sure that everygirl can also fall
in love by his charming smile. We have so many memories that we can’t remember all of its. He
is not only my friend but also my relative. He supports me in good times and bad times. And
always believe in me. I feel lucky when being his best friend. I love him so much.

Marketing seems to be the kind of career l would like to choose after i leave from university. l
like this work in view of some following reasons. First of all, marketing position is well-paid job.
The more you heÌp your company sell more products, the higher your salary is. Of course, you need
to have effective strategies to attract customers. Secondly, Working as a marketer gives me many

opportunities of improving my persuading skill and ability to converting idea into words. There is
no denial that this kind of job requires different skills , but if you meet these requirements, you wiÌÌ
be more and more professional. On the whole, it is simply my hobby. Need-less to say "you will do
something best when you like it”.

Vietnam has many interesting places and beautifu sceneries. But Nha Trang is the most
wonderful city for travelling in my opinion. It is located in Khanh Hoan and known as a
beautiful beach with its islands and white sand. It’s also the scuba diving center of Vietnam.
There are many wonderful places to visit in Nha Trang. You can go to dive into the sea and see
variety Sea creatures. Moreover, you can go to the Vinpearl park which has many games and
entertainment services for the visitor. In the evening, it will be fantastic if you go around Nha
Trang by bicycle or go to seashore and have a fresh fruit juice. Speacially, people in there are
very friendly and hospitable. The seafood is great and cheap. All of them will bring to you a
great holiday. I hope i can come here and enjoy the best ever holiday as soon as possible

I would like to learn English. I strongly agree with the idea: “English is an useful language”
for the following reasons. First of all, English is an international language. There are more than
one hundred English speaking countries all over the world, so it is very useful to speak English.
Furthermore, speaking English well makes it easy to have a job. My sister speaks English very
excellently, so she has got a good and well paid job since she graduated from her university.
Last but not least, English is a means of communication. For example, you can communicate
with people worldwide in English, which also helps you to know their cultures very well. In
conclusion, it is very useful to speak English for the reasons I have mentioned above.

Tet is one of the most important festivals in my country. lt is a big holiday that celebrates the
arrival of spring in Viet Nam every year. lt usually lasts about 7 days. There are a lot of popular
customs of Vietnamese people on Tet holiday. For example, they often visit their relatives, friends
and temples. Some people visit the graves of their ancestors in their homeland. Before Tet holiday
begins, people decorate their house carefully to have a wonderful time with theïr family.
Furthermore, special Tet food such as Chung cake,steamed sticky rice and boiled chicken can pÏay
an important role in Vietnam. Perhaps, Tet is the time when members of family can gather to chat
or have meals together. In conclusion, Tet is the essential part In Vietnam.

16.Measures / how to protect the environment;

Nowadays, our environment is being seriously polluted, that is why we need to know the
ways to protect the environment. First of all, we should reduce, reuse and recycle. Instead of using
plastic bags which are hard to dissolve we can use banana leaves to wrap food. By this way we can
save much paper and reduce garbage. It is a good idea to reuse and recycle bottles and cans so that

we can save natural resources. Furthermore, it would be better if we know how to prevent people
from throwing trash. Why don’t we put more garbage bins on streets and around schools to
prevent lazy people from littering. Last but not least, it is very important for us to protect the air.
How about using buses instead of motorbikes, which will help to reduce exhaust fume very much?
In conclusion, we will protect our environment properly if we follow the simple rules I have just
mentioned above

It is important to protect ourselves from Covid-19. There are many ways to keep us safe from
this disease. Firstly, we sould stay healthy by eating a well balanced diet and doing exercises
regularly. Secondly, it is necessary that we should use a quality medical mask when we go out.
Moreover, we should always wash our hands with soap and avoid touching our mouths, eyes or
moses. Finally, avoid close contact with symptomatic people and keep at least 2 metres between
ourselves and anyone who is coughing or sneezing is a good way. In conclusion, covid-19 is a
dangerous disease so we should follow the aforementioned ways to protect ourselves. Prevent is
better than cure !
