    (before Registry of Deeds) and TAX DECLARATION (before Assessors
    Office), Bank processing and other necessary document of
    abovementioned title.

    4. To perform other related acts and things which may be necessary for the
    fulfillment of the said authority granted.

    FURTHER, that all the said representatives shall have done or caused to be
    done in accordance with the objectives provided in this authority shall be and is
    hereby ratified and confirmed; and

    FINALLY, that these resolutions shall remain in full force and effect until an
    amending resolution shall have been passed by the Board of Directors.”
