DeNisi and Griffin (2018 p.110) define Human Resource (HR) Planning “…as the
process of forecasting the supply and demand for human resources within an
organization and developing action plans for aligning the two”.

a) Discuss the FOUR phases of HR Planning. Please use examples to illustrate


your answer.
