Pipes ( for suction side of pumps) confirming to IS 3589 Gr 330 heavy
grade (200 NB & above) and IS 1239 Pt - I, Heavy grade (150NB &
below), with painting, suitable type of supports, anchor fasteners, bolts
nuts (Galvanised), clamps, "U" bolte, malleable specials such as
Reducers,Tees, elbows (25mm to 50mm forged socket weld type-
3000psi, 65mm and above ERW butt welded fitting), flanges. Including
cutting, Welding, fixing in / on walls, ceiling by using suitable supports
etc, as per drawings. The pipes shall be painted with 2coats of etching
primer & 2 coats of approved paint (Red), MS supports at standard
spacing, anchor fasteners, G.I. bolts and nuts, clamps, rails "U" &
threaded bolt, Including cutting, Welding, fixing in / on walls, ceiling by
using the HI tech / MS supports etc, as per drawings. The quoted rate
shall also include for chasing / chipping walls, making bore holes in walls

/ floor and making them good with filler material and finished in cement
morter etc. complete in the opening for pipes passing through walls,
masonry walls as instructed by site engineer. However in case of sealing
the fire walls, application of fire sealant shall be separately paid.

The supports like fabricated structural steel support ,wire steel thread, U
Clamps threaded rods and concrete pedestal shall be included in the
cost. The supports will be hot dip galvanized.

Quoted price shall be inclusive of Supporting arrangement at all levels

& for the metal deck slab shall be with Wedge/ Gripple / Lindapter /
fischer fixing arrangement for TR 60 / TR 80 metal decks.

Paints must have VOC value less than 250 g/l.

Providing and installing in position the following type of sign boards
made out of 3mm thick "Opaque" PVC foam board with computer cut,

Signage with printed "IN CASE OF FIRE, USE STAIRS UNLESS

INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE" of 1.5cm height letters in red with white

NOT RUN.

E) IF YOU ENCOUNTER SERIOUS DIFFICULTY IN EVACUATION, FLAT

AND TRY TO ATTRACT ATTENTION OF RESCUE TEAM.

 Providing and fixing in position the signages indicating each lift bank by
an "alphabetical " letter. The sign indicating the letter of identification

stairway door from which egress is made. The numerals & signs shall be

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of M.S. pipes confirming to IS
1239 Pt - I Heavy grade with painting, suitable type of supports, anchor

such as Reducers,Tees, elbows (25mm to 50mm forged socket weld
