    Logro was first known as being
    a presenter of the daytime
    cooking show Chef Boy
    Logro: Kusina Master. Logro
    owns the Chef Logro's Institute
    of Culinary and Kitchen
    Services. In 2013, Logro
    appeared in the film The
    Fighting Chefs, marking his first
    action film role. Logro started
    work at the age 14 and pursued
    culinary arts until he reached his
    current status as the

    mixology. Villanueva is known for his triumph as the first Hong
    Kong Chivas Master Competition Champion in 2014. He was
    part of the talented team behind Lobster Bar, one of Asia’s 50
    Best Bars, before he decided to open The Wise King together
    with fellow master bartender Sandeep Kumar.
    Heny Sison is practically a household name here in the
    Philippines and is hailed for her stunning cakes and
    pastries. More notably, she’s known for passing on her
    vast culinary knowledge through the Heny Sison Culinary
    School. While Sison graduated with a Social Science and
    Political Science bachelor’s degree and initially worked at
    a bank and a government agency, she decided to go the
    culinary (specifically, baking) route instead and took
    classes under Tess Isaac, Sylvia Reynoso-Gala, and Avelina
    Carbungco-Florendo—all established names in the local
    cooking world—before completing courses at the Wilton
    School of Cake Decorating and Confectionery in Illinois.
    Sison opened the Heny Sison School of Cake Decorating
    and Baking in 1985, and hosted TV show A Taste of Life
    With Heny Sison in the early 2000s. She also runs Ilocano
    establishment Victorino’s in Quezon City.
    Pierre Hermé is often referred to as the
    “Picasso of Pastry” and the “King of Modern
    Patisserie,” who is world renowned for his
    unique, refined creations. He was the
    youngest chef to be awarded France's
    Pastry Chef of the Year in 1997 and since
    then has built an empire.
    The American Bar's Youngest Prodigy. Ferdia Murray started
    bartending at only 19, and quite unexpectedly so. While he
    was living in Cardiff, playing professionally for a Welsh
    football club (which he claims to have realised was not his
    forte), he happened to meet Natalie Isaac who was then the
    operations manager at Bar 44. Turns out Natalie had a keen
    eye for spotting talent and convinced Murray to give it a go.
    At 19, Murray had taken an unexpected dive into the world
    of spirits and cocktails.
