SUBJECT: EMPLOYEE REFRESHMENT TRAINING
JUDUL: PELATIHAN PENYEGARAN KARYAWAN

1.1. OBJECTIVE / TUJUAN

To maintain and improve employee capabilities in carrying out operations according to


standards.

Untuk menjaga serta meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam menjalankan operasional


sesuai standar

2.2. SCOPE / RUANG LINGKUP

This procedure applies to all employees

Prosedur ini berlaku untuk semua karyawan.

3.3. RESPONSIBILITY / TANGGUNG JAWAB

The responsibility for implementation is under the Head of Department of each section who will
coordinate with the HR Dept and related Departments.

Adapun tanggung jawab pelaksanaan adalah dibawah Kepala Departemen masing-masing


bagian yang akan berkoordinasi dengan HR Dept dan Departemen terkait.

4.4. PROCEDURE / PROSEDUR

4.4.1. TRAINING / PELATIHAN :

Training is the most important element of the Employer Refreshment Training


Procedure. For this reason, the company will provide training for all employees to
increase their potential and knowledge about the job desk of each division,
according to their respective responsibilities.

Pelatihan merupakan elemen terpenting dari Prosedur Employer Refrehment


Training, Untuk itu perusahaan akan memberikan pelatihan untuk semua karyawan
guna meningkatkan potensi dan pengetahuan tentang Jobdesk dari masing masing
divisi, sesuai dengan tanggung jawab masing masing.

Adapun untuk kegiatan pelatihan yaitu:

 Internal training carried out by the company under the coordination of the
Head of each Department with internal training activities at least once a year
or more often if necessary.

Training Internal yang dilakukan oleh pihak perusahaan dibawah koordinasi


Kepala Bagian Departement masing-masing dengan waktu kegiatan training
internal minimal satu tahun sekali atau lebih sering jika diperlukan.

 This training activity, especially internal, can be carried out in the classroom
or in the work area of each department as needed in order to obtain optimal
understanding for the employee. The results of the training evaluation will be
maintained under the coordination of the Management Team.

Kegiatan training ini khususnya internal, bisa dilakukan didalam kelas atau di
area kerja masing-masing departmenen sesuai kebutuhan agar mendapat
pemahaman yang optimal bagi karyawan tersebut. Hasil evalusi training
tersebut, akan dipelihara dibawah koordinasi Tim Manajemen.
 If employees fail to undergo training, evaluation and retraining will be
carried out until the employee is declared to have passed.

Adapun ketidaklulusan karyawan dalam menjalani training akan dilakukan


evaluasi dan training kembali sampai karyawan dinyatakan lulus.

4.4.2. PEMBINAAN:

The purpose of coaching is to further increase employee potential in understanding


their respective jobs or as a means to remind employees of the consistency of their
implementation. Coaching can be carried out at any time for employees by the
management team in collaboration with the Head of the respective Department of
Net.

Adapun maksud dari pembinaan adalah untuk lebih meningkatkan potensi


karyawan didalam memahami pekerjaan masing masing atau sebagai sarana untuk
mengingatkan kepada karyawan terhadap konsistensi pelaksanaannya. Adapun
pembinaan bisa dilakukan sewaktu-waktu kepada karyawan oleh Tim manajemen
bekerjasama dengan Head Of Departmnet masing-masing.
