Sop Refreshment Training
The responsibility for implementation is under the Head of Department of each section who will
coordinate with the HR Dept and related Departments.
Internal training carried out by the company under the coordination of the
Head of each Department with internal training activities at least once a year
or more often if necessary.
This training activity, especially internal, can be carried out in the classroom
or in the work area of each department as needed in order to obtain optimal
understanding for the employee. The results of the training evaluation will be
maintained under the coordination of the Management Team.
Kegiatan training ini khususnya internal, bisa dilakukan didalam kelas atau di
area kerja masing-masing departmenen sesuai kebutuhan agar mendapat
pemahaman yang optimal bagi karyawan tersebut. Hasil evalusi training
tersebut, akan dipelihara dibawah koordinasi Tim Manajemen.
If employees fail to undergo training, evaluation and retraining will be
carried out until the employee is declared to have passed.
