Happiness is what we all want. No one would disagree with that. Even
though the vehicles to happiness may be different, happiness is the
goal nonetheless.
Well, since the early 20th century, we have been looking at mental
health incorrectly… I’m sure some of you aren’t surprised.
Now, let’s delve into the primary solution to happiness and mental
health in modern society. And we’ll compare it to the alternative
method that has been ‘curing the world’ in the background of
mainstream media.
Careful. The ‘secret’ to happiness that has been curing the world may
be shockingly obvious.
Regression therapy is frequently used by people living with phobias, chronic depression, or
problems with intimacy.
This therapy seeks to resolve these problems by using a combination of hypnotherapy and
psychoanalysis to explore past events that are stagnating or otherwise harming a person's
present and future.
This practice forces people to confront things they remember in part, or that they may not
remember at all.
The idea is that understanding where you've come from can provide a solid map of where you're
going, and a better understanding of why you feel how you feel.
Also that knowledge of the inner-self and its formative history can even shed light on why people
JAMES PETERS WORKBOOK | PAGE 4
As you would expect, subconscious explorations in regression therapy aren't always pleasant…
In fact, they very rarely are. And in many cases, patients have put the pieces of their past together
incorrectly. Which in turn, creates a much larger issue…
Here’s how… Your memories are nothing more than a modern day perception of an event that may
or may not have taken place.
Meaning the memory, or the perception of, is always subject to change depending on modern day
variables. Current mood as an example…
So, although regression therapy has worked for some people on some issues… When it fails,
patients are unnecessarily subjected to extraordinary amounts of emotional discomfort.
Which in some cases, is just a complete fabrication that can create serious implications to
modern day perceptions, thought patterns, or to other people who may not be deserving…
Especially when the patient is just aiming to feel better, their personal responsibility and control
may be - and often is - relinquished. We’ll get back to that in #2…
Now on the other hand, we have ‘transformational mindset coaching’. Which is largely about
learning to live in the present moment. It’s becoming wildly popular around the world for its
effectiveness and strong community building ideals.
Centered around learning to make the best use of relationships, resources, skills, alternative tools
and benefits, this practice focuses on what’s available to you right now. Also, how to handle and
cope with adversity in your life and lives of others around you.
Transformational mindset coaching empowers people by placing them in the moment and
encouraging them to accept responsibility and take control of their lives.
Then, give them absolute permission to move beyond the negative life experiences that have been
weighing them down. With this coaching, there is no need to search for or relive the often
significant anguish of years gone by.
If you're ready to start living and enjoying your life to the fullest, than learning to let go of things
that have hurt you is critical.
But, if you keep your mind and emotions trained on the harmful events of your past, you'll never
have the opportunity to focus on the endless possibilities the future holds for you.
This is known as ‘Automatic Negative Thoughts’ (ANTS). ANTS can and will dictate everything
that we do now and our future since our life is 95% subconscious.
Allowing, listening to, and especially speaking ANTS out loud is how people talk themselves down
from greatness, procrastinate and self-sabotage.
It’s how many people continue to manifest negativity and unfavorable circumstances in their life…
It’s also the strange secret to chronic pain and how people acquire many illnesses and diseases
as they age.
JAMES PETERS WORKBOOK | PAGE 6
All of that without consciously making an effort to… It’s just a habit that was programmed in from
past traumas and beliefs.
1. Human’s prefrontal cortex does not develop until the age of 7. Which means, before that
age, you couldn’t think critically. Similar to not understanding sarcasm or being gullible.
You just accepted ALL information as fact. Not all info coming in is self love…
1. As we age and experience life, we develop fears. Disapproval, for those with strict or
unapproving parents. Abandonment, for those whose father left… etc…
Those, plus other contributors stack up to give us the insecurities, triggers, and ANTS we know as
‘baggage’.
ANTS have to be fought head-on and in the present. You have to learn how to identify and replace
these self-defeating thoughts with positive affirmations that inspire worthwhile actions.
You must first find and understand the sabotaging, procrastinating and negative thought patterns
that continue to arise. Then, quite simply, replace it with conscious efforts of love and positivity to
rewrite the negative programming.
These practices are 100% an exploration into taking control, personal responsibility and self love.
Most commonly with the help of a coach and usually a peer group of like minded people.
But these efforts prove more effective than mentally reliving the past, and they're designed to
make you more mindful, more focused, and more "in the now".
Compared to regression therapy, which is an exploration of the unknown requiring people who've
been victimized to consciously relinquish their control to the voices and opinions of others. (as
referenced above in #1)
Understand that you are not your past. The past is just events that took place to teach you
strength, courage and resilience. So, spend more time focused on all the things you have
achieved and all the ways to love yourself today.
Practice authentic gratitude for your body and this life. It’s beautiful and perfect, ya know.
Work toward making love and gratitude a habit instead of belittling or doubting yourself.
JAMES PETERS WORKBOOK | PAGE 7
Yes, it takes work. But, muscles don’t get big the first few trips to the gym…
And don’t worry, there’s a quick start guide of all these practices down below! Keep reading,
though. Isn’t this interesting??
As stated above, past traumas and negative behavioral conditioning that occurs early in life is
essentially allowing outside individuals to define who you are.
JAMES PETERS WORKBOOK | PAGE 8
The key to remember here is everyone, and I mean everyone has past traumas and unpleasant
experiences.
But thinking back on past traumas and subconsciously reaffirming the negative messages that
were initially sent continues to give everyone else control over you.
It exposes you to a dangerous repeat of the very events and statements that ultimately eroded
your self-esteem and personal will.
Remembering how you were constantly belittled by parents or other authorities isn't going to
make you feel better about yourself.
Which keeps you worrying about what everyone else is thinking of you… Make sense?
However, restructuring how you think, how you perceive yourself, and by giving yourself
permission to be exactly who you were meant to be, will make you feel better about yourself.
Those acts retrieve ownership of how you see yourself and limits the effectiveness of other
people’s perception of you.
When you give yourself that ‘take-charge’ and ‘own-up’ attitude, past events and traumas can be
looked at through an entirely different and more constructive lens.
Moreover, the healing that regression therapy intends to provide can often be achieved with far
greater success when a person is immersing themselves in positive, proactive ideas.
Along with adopting life-affirming and self-affirming behaviors, and creating the habit of feeling
empowered.
Because you are 100% in control of your present and future. You’re also 100% in control of how
you see yourself and choose to see the past.
Even some of the worst experiences that have happened can prove to be a superpower if you
choose to see and deal with it that way…
Think of people like Tony Robbins and Oprah Winfrey. They took a constructive perspective on
terrible traumas which fueled their now massively successful careers…
Do they hide from it? Does it crush them to talk about it? Absolutely not. They lead with it…
So, instead of just looking through the subconscious mind to find evidence of victimhood.
Regain control of the perception of yourself. Understand that everything that has happened and
JAMES PETERS WORKBOOK | PAGE 9
everything that will happen is just to help you on your journey to fulfillment.
Because of that alone, millions of people are now able to leave the victim mentality and other
people’s opinions behind. Now they are living as the happy helmsman of their own life and
perception.
Transformational mindset coaching is far different. Shortly after starting, people can begin feeling
empowered right away!
You can do this on your own, but usually it’s performed in both a 1-on-1 setting and a group
setting. Participants learn to look at life and challenges from an entirely new lens (new context)
that creates intrigue and optimism.
With an increasingly greater sense of control over their lives, they're also better able to mitigate
and manage the different emotional challenges that present themselves over their course of time.
Shifting the perception of their reality and how they choose to look at adversity, life becomes a
fun game of learning. Not a miserable and depressing drag…
In this, people begin to realize that they can detach from the immediate emotion of a specific
event or memory, and examine it more constructively.
This will begin to present itself as a life that’s just throwing out lessons you need to learn so you
need to learn so you can grow into your higher self.
And that’s all it’s ever done! For example… Ask for strength, you get challenges.
Hmmm... Does that already give you a different context for all of your experiences?
Sure, there are extremely hard times that shouldn’t be deemed as ‘just a challenge’. I’ve had a few
myself… But I think you get the idea.
It’s all to help you grow old, wise and possess all the traits us humans strive for but few ever
truly possess…
Clearity
Strength
Playfulness
Compassion
When the process of healing is in a context that’s enjoyable, and when it provides near-instant
rewards, staying the course is a lot easier.
And achieving happiness, fulfillment and wisdom becomes an enjoyable romantic comedy. Not a
misery drama…
Ever notice how you just seem luckier when you’re in a good mood?

As you can tell, transformational mindset coaching takes a strategically planned approach to
improving mindset and thought patterns.
By addressing real-world problems in a safe and ethical way, it promotes rational assessment of
past events, the effects they have, and encourages self-discovery in the moment.
As a certified transformational mindset coach, myself along with other coaches can leverage
various techniques and treatment modals for reversing the long-term effects of specific traumas.
JAMES PETERS WORKBOOK | PAGE 12
That way, this can be a totally personalized process that's performed according to the individuals
goals. Best of all, an individual plan can also be regularly revised to reflect advancements in
personal growth, abilities, and goals.
When it comes to guiding and controlling the conscious mind, taking charge of one's own
thoughts, feelings of power and control are incredibly important. Transformational mindset
coaching both acknowledges this fact, and leverages it.
Moreover, the affirmations and strategies that are used during the exercises will prove effective in
battling negative thoughts, negative emotions, and even pervasive negative memories.
This will serve in many ways as a life vest, a rescue boat, or highly effective swimming lessons.
With the right tools, and with the understanding that your past has equipped you for your present
and future, negative experiences don't have to intimidate or sideline you.
Clients of mine are given the tools and guidance they need for consciously, and purposefully
directing their own lives.
Even when these tools are not used by the individuals receiving them, new traumas are not added,
and previous gains are not lost.
Now, even though coaching programs are favored. There are lots of books, trainings, techniques
and helpful resources available to you if you would like to dive in on your own.
It takes a lot of discipline, but it will help in rewiring the brain after long-term, negative behavioral
conditioning.
JAMES PETERS WORKBOOK | PAGE 13
2.You are not your past! Take back control and adopt personal responsibility
for everything you have and everything you are today. After all, regardless of
past experiences, you’re still the one making decisions today… Failing to take
control will forever leave you trapped in helplessness.
3.Fight ANTS head on! Whenever you catch yourself being negative, talking
yourself down, being jealous of others, procrastinating etc, etc… STOP.
Acknowledge that it’s not really you talking, then consciously replace it with
positivity and love for yourself.
4.Practice authentic gratitude. For your body, other people and this life. Work
toward making love, gratitude and health a habit.
5.Take sole control of the opinion and perception of you. Other people’s
opinion of you is none of your business anyway. Let it go and be authentically
you!
7.Your Sh*t = Your Super Power! Life gives us challenges to grow. Take them,
learn, grow and flourish, my friend! Then you’re best equipped to help others
on their journey.
JAMES PETERS WORKBOOK | PAGE 14
Just knowing the information above, you are now more equipped to change your life than over
80% of the population. Seriously…
Most people are completely unaware of that simple fact we talked about…life is a growth oriented
experience, not a comfort oriented experience.
If you take nothing else from this, make sure to remember that. Immediately your life will change
from being hurt by all your negative experiences to understanding the reason behind them.
From that knowledge could come actions that produce amazing results on it’s own. Let alone the
7 action steps I laid out.
to me and began regression therapy. Where I was diagnosed with PTSD and prescribed
medications…
However, this did not help my depression or thoughts of suicide. In fact, between the pills and the
regression therapy, it was getting worse…
Now deeper in depression and more thoughts of suicide, having prozac, pain killers, and sleeping
pills within easy reach…everything could have been very different.
For months on end, I didn’t see any light at the end of the tunnel. It never seemed to get better.
Keeping myself together for the trial was near impossible. Having everyone I know speak ill of me
and think I was some kind of criminal on top of just losing the two most important men in my life
was too much.
After a year, I realized that therapy and medication weren’t helping me at all, so I quit them both in
late 2018.
Shortly there after, something happened that would change my life forever.
As I was holding a picture of my son, still deep in depression. I thought about what he would think
of me giving up. Throwing in the towel and joining him so soon.
And at that moment I realized there’s only two directions I can go…
The path of victimhood, blaming, avoiding, and depression. Staying the same…
So at that very moment, I made a vow to my son and myself that I would live the best life I could.
A life of purpose, happiness, growth and contribution to others. That way I can help people who
have had and are currently dealing with terrible tragedies like mine.
That got me thinking… “There has to be a better and more holistic way to rebalance my brain and
address all the painful memories and negativity.”
I mean, what did we do before medication and super smart people stuff?

PREVIOUS CLIENTS…
“Thank you so much for your care and commitment in this Coaching process, hearing my
questions and in fact provoking me in my most vulnerable points. Only by touching these
points I'm able to make changes.
I remember one of the first concepts I learned about Coaching in my training, about the
influence of the planets on our behaviour, and how to use this influence in our approach as
Coaches. I see many of the planetary qualities in your approach James. Especially Mars,
which brings the confrontation, which provokes and takes the Coachee out of the comfort
zone. And also from Venus, because you listen genuinely, you welcome the questions with
care and empathy, before taking a position.
And I strongly believe that the Coach's great differential is knowing how to measure these
qualities. It’s related to the level of empathy, but with a lot of provocations and powerful
questions that really make people move. You have all of this James, and I want to thank
you."
“James I am so grateful to you for opening my eyes and my mind. Having never embarked
on transformational mindset coaching but had a healthy interest in doing so, I wasn't so
sure what to expect, so when the opportunity arose to work with you I wasn't sure how it
would help me. It's hard to find the words to express quite how much it has done for me in
such a short period of time but the changes that have occurred have been subtle and I am in
complete awe of how it has happened.
I lived in a permanent state of anxiety about anything and everything, byt doing the sessions
has allowed me to bring focus and attention to areas of my life that needed it. I have grown
in self-confidence and situations that would have previously left me angry haven't even
touched me. I am finding the process a voyage of self-discovery and I am seeing a
difference in how people react towards me because I have reached a level I did not know
and wouldn't have existed without your help. You have great empathy and offered a safe
environment to discuss and explore all the topics we discussed. Thank you very much”
