Introduction
What is the Varieties of Egg dishes?

-The most common supermarket egg varieties are


white and brown,and generally speaking,white eggs
come from hens with white feathers and
brown eggs from hens with reddish-brown feathers.
Nutritionally,white and brown eggs are the same.
Different types of Egg Dishes

Scrambled eggs -are prepared by mixing eggs in a bowl with salt and
pepper and then cooking them in a hot pot with butter or oil

Fried egg-Fried eggs are prepared by cooking a cracked egg in a hot


pan with butter or oil

Omellete-An omellete is a dish that


has been folden around a fillings including cheese veggies,meat,and
cooked mushrooms

Poached egg-A poached egg is an egg


that has been carefully cooked in
simmering water.
Eggs Benedict-Eggs Benedict is an english breakfast dish that consists of a poached egg on top of
bacon,ham,or sausages.
Quiche-A quiche is a savory french dessert or main course.
It is a combination of eggs,cream or milk and various fillings such as cheese meat,or veggies.

Egg drop soup-In this chinese dish,an egg is the beaten and added to a pot of boiling broth.

Baked eggs-Eggs are placed in an individual baking dish and baked in the oven until whites are set
and the yolks are still runny.This is commonly served for brunch with
bacon,toast and mixed greens.

Egg salad-Hard boiled eggs are chopped up with mayonnaise,relish and seasoning.it can be eaten
as a side dishh

Frittata-This is a type of spanish omelette.it's cooked in a cast iron skillet or pan,and eggs are
mixed with a variety of toppings like cheese, vegetables,meat,or beans.
